My favorite one was Exiled, but I loved every other season, it was the first series that got me into Netflix and it's one of my top 5 tv series of all time

REACTION DUMP -the biggest difference in Season 1 vs the rest of the show is the animation. Faces were too stretchy -You got great intros the main characters as well as fantastic intros to Karl, Abner + Becca, Ted, & Sage. Timo's 2 episodes were both kinda mid -Almost everyone agrees the show picks up in the 2nd season -King Julien's parents are an example of characters that feel like they're bringing down the show, until you realize they're MEANT to be disliked -Season 5 is definitely when Ted accepted himself as the gay diva he is ♥ -Pancho carried Season 5 💣 -Exiled gave us a great conclusion to a story, while Season 5 gave us a great conclusion to the characters -Not surprised 4 and Exiled are your favorites, considering you prefer story > slice of life -You're correct, I am suprised Exiled isn't #1! -Believe it or not, Exiled is MY favorite season. That's right, despite the math averaging my episode ratings, as a whole, I believe it's better than Season 2, even with the lowpoint (Eps 4 and 5). The show's peak is, like you said, the end of I Am Fartacus through the end of Exiled -As an avid anti Clage activist, I agree Clover's the biggest problem in Exiled. They compromised her character -Gotta disagree about Jarsh Jarsh. They knew he was a stupid addition, but they rolled with it by making it stupid. It worked and he was hilarious -I'd rather the show be all together, but I can understand them separating Exiled. The episode structure is completely different than the rest of the show. And they manage to make Season 4 flow into 5 without the need to watch Exiled. Altho, who in their right mind wouldn't? -You keep calling Jaurice a "friendship". Which is fine, I have nothing against it. I argue it's more akin to an actual married relationship Season 4 is my least favorite lol. But like I say, different opinions make life more interesting! Anyway, half of S4 is just Exiled buildup, which I think felt a bit forced
Imo, I think that the Season 4 Exiled buildup as strictly S4:11-13, while the rest just introduced these characters. It works beautifully as an individual season, but it also works as an exceptional build up to Exiled. Great Comment!
Yo, just wondering if you've seen any of the other DreamWorks Shows? Like The Adventures of Puss in Boots, Dawn of the Croods, Home: Adventures with Tip and Oh, etcetera, etcetera.
I've seen Penguins, Dragons: RTTE, Riders of Berk and the Croods: Family Tree. I've tried watching the adventures of Puss in Boots a number of times but give up after the first episode. I've also thought about watching Dawn of the Croods, but I'm nervous that it's gonna suck.
@@TheAnimationologist It's not the best, but I wouldn't say it's bad. The animation switches a lot throughout the show, but the animation is mostly fine. The Croodaceous Creatures they introduce are creative as always, it's, dare I say it, FINE.
LOL I watched the Puss show up until Season 4 where this fucking goober called the Blood Wolf is summoned, who somehow PREDATES Death, and I just tuned out. The new characters are fine. The new love interest is just... Boring, and her obsession with that fucking book infuriates me. Oh wait, they're ALL NEW CHARACTERS! There are no connections to the rest of the franchise except Puss himself and a line where Puss says, "I hope you're the only Ogre I ever meet." Geez. R N M O
Agree that season 1 is the worst,but it's still amazing,they made the characters have the wrong voices, bit like the animation was like different in some scenes, idk how to explain it. I literally know the strife aquatic off by heart and I love how pancho was one of the main characters in exiled. I feel like Clover randomly changed, idk how to explain it but yeah.
