    There is one thing not mentioned hardly ever. Marty plays a very special guitar.....the original "pull-string aka the b-bender"!! It was created by Clarence White and Gene Parsons. Clarence White influenced more guitar players of bluegrass and county music than anyone on earth.

    Marty Stuart is amazing... but I just have to say that he looks kind of like Steve Bannon if he had taken better care of himself

    • @fancifulfilly
      @fancifulfilly 6 лет назад

      There might be a *slight* physical resemblance, but Bannon is a complete degenerate and amoral as the day is long. Marty is a fine person and nothing like that.

    Talk about a dead house, they needed to country up that audience with some beer. Come to the USA and learn how to be a country fan

    • @peteryoungpeteryoung965
      @peteryoungpeteryoung965 4 года назад

      Marty said " Scotland is where country music started", you would'nt think so by this dead audience. The interviewer did his best but the audience is moribund.

    WTH happened to him? I he is decades younger than Connie and he looks older than she does..WHY?

    • @fancifulfilly
      @fancifulfilly 6 лет назад +4

      First, he isn't "decades" younger than Connie, but he *is* well over a decade younger. However, Marty doesn't look that old. It's more that Connie looks amazingly young, and her singing hasn't been affected by time, either. She has been impervious to age compared to most people, and I've often thought it could be because she's been so happy with spending her life doing what she loves best.

      #1 Cougars Rock. #2 he's 16 years younger. #3: He rocks the silver and black very well.

    • @edithdavis2848
      @edithdavis2848 4 года назад +2

      16 yrs isn't that far apart. It is just hair color. Connie has always been blonde . many like Marty with the coal black hair , it turn white if your lucky or grey early. Mine started turning at 17. Plus he did take a turn with drinking and that makes a difference.
      None of which matters now. He was, is and will always be the the greatest TRUE old school country master. The one and only MARTY STEWART.

    • @jckelley4198
      @jckelley4198 4 года назад

      They said at the beginning how busy he is and just flew in and went right to work. He asked if he could take a nap right there in the chair. That's what you call 'Road Kill'. Okay now look real pretty

  • @jaysilverheals4445
    @jaysilverheals4445 5 лет назад +1

    he should go public with why he keeps his neck covered. The clearly must be something he is hiding which is fine if he is such as a scar or whatever. But he should come out with it and say something. He has never been pictured different except in the costume and hair for about 40 years..
