Bought one used off Ebay recently. With 2 lenses for under £100. So so incredibly happy with it. The shots have a stunning colour variation and a somewhat vintage undertone to them. In love!
I bought mine new when they first came out and I've still got it. It works perfectly too. I bought the battery grip for mine for easier vertical shots and used it semi professionally for weddings/proms/family shoots etc. A cheap Sunpak flash completed the outfit and I never needed anything more. Even the kit lenses that came in the box were fine for what I needed. Best of all, the photo editing software that came with it was/is also perfectly adequate and very easy to use. As and added bonus, all Minolta auto-focus lenses are compatible with it.
Nice,,, my first Sony Camera,,.. i still have it... but sadly not using it anymore.. but your post is one of the reason i'm going to use it next weekend.. Thanks!!!
Hi can i know your settings preset .?? your photos are very nice .. but i can't set my DSLR cam. to that settings .. my photos are like normal photos do you know what i mean?
Nice! I have the A 230 which I love. It has the 10 megapixel ccd and this one has a 14 megapixel. I may pick one of these if I find a buy one one. They really do well and you can sometimes find one for about 75 bucks now.
Looking at picking this camera up on Tuesday, seems to be a pretty great deal for a starting camera for car photography, any beginner tips would be appreciated as it's my first camera
Hey Nick! Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment. This was definitely a fun and affordable camera to use. How much are they going for these days? My advice would be to invest/upgrade into a decent lens. 50mm or 85mm prime could do the trick if you are mainly doing car photography. You can check out my IG for some of the car/truck photos I've taken (@ milmidstudios on instagram). Use creative angles to capture unique aspects of the car. It will separate your work from photos of say... used car ads you see online. I wish you the best on your new purchase and if you have an IG i'd love to see what you do with it! 😁📸🚗
a friend gave me this camera and now i'm trying to learn how to use it... did you edited your photos? I really like this camera and the nostalgic result in the photos :)
Hey! Congrats on the camera. You can get some neat photos with it no doubt. I use Adobe Lightroom to edit my photos. The photos in this video were all edited to some degree. Cheers!📸
Hi. Txs for the video. I am Looking for a camera for my 14 years old son. He wants to start macro to shoot nature and animals. I have choice between Sony alpha 350 with 2 lenses included macro Lens or Sont nex 5 with original lens. What would you advise me? Thanks you!
I have an alpha 200 and a Nex3. Love those old cameras! Only problem is hot shoe in the A which is not standard and in the Nex the accesory port where the flash goes also is not standard.
Hey there! What memory card do you use for these? I know they don't have a slot for a regular sim card, and I'm having trouble locating the correct one so that I can take the photos off of the device and edit them. Thanks!
Hello my friend! I unfortunately no longer have this camera but it takes Type I or II CF memory cards. You will need a CF reader to read the CF card 👍 Hope this helps! 📸💯
Hello! It depends on your use. If it will be your main camera I would recommend a newer mirrorless Sony camera. If it will be a camera you can just take out and shoot for fun, I would absolutely recommend it!! Cheers!💯📸
Heeey i had this camera for a Year Straight now , but i finished by selling it because i didn't had any option that Can Make me Switch the picture i take to my laptop so i Can edit them however this was a really good camera learn With it a lot. Loved Your video keep Going You're Amazing !! ✨🙏

That is a great purchase!! I really enjoy the vintage look your are referring to 👌🏽👌🏽congrats and enjoy, my friend! 📸💯🎯
Loved this!!! Bells and whistles are nice, but you’ve clearly demonstrated they’re not pivotal to creating the perfect shot

Hi there is there a app to transfer pics from camera to phone. Like nikon does with snapbridge
фильтр на фото вы добавляли или они сразу фоткались такими?)
На какой объектив производилась съёмка?
Please Upload a video with this camera so we can understand the quality

Thanks for the comment my friend!! I really appreciate your kind words!
A USB media reader is like $10 to transfer pics from card to laptop.
@@iamdjsluggo well I bought a new camera and I just use The Card memory to transfer the images
it’s much more helpful to not edit pictures during review or at least show its raw and original pictures
