What I like about SAO is you can be someone and anyone in a virtual world. There is so rules , expectations, biases that the real world has such as racism, sexism etc. Everyone appreciates who you are and the community share a common interest which is MMO RPG. You can be someone who is bullied in real life but in SAO, everyone appreciates you because of the skills you acquired in the game. It makes you feel appreciated and wanted which is beneficial to that person. Even though it is just a game, you can build relationships, friendships, and special bonds with people you don't know in person. Just like how Illiminate is, people from all different states and countries come together and support you guys because we have a common interest, which is cars. I don't really care about winning but if I do, cool but I just wanted to say I love your content and keep up the great work. The 240 is looking amazing and can't wait to see it sidways!
Best thing about SAO, you have the vanilla romance that does not overextend to the dark side of hentai but, is pure and fluffy. SAO is going to pave the way for nerve gear in reality one day.

The thing I like the most about Sword Art Online is the fact that it is Sword Art Online. A lot of things about the series make it a great anime in my opinion. First off, Sword Art Online was one of the first anime I had ever watched in my life. Out of all the many series I have watched, Sword Art Online would have to be one of the top ten. Another point to bring up is the controversy that faces it. Many argue that the total plot direction change midway into Season one, had affected the plot negatively and that A-1 pictures should have kept the setting in Aincrad. However, this plot direction change served a purpose-- to further depict the lives of the characters in a setting other than Sword Art Online and to set up many plot points in later seasons, movies, and adaptations. Honestly, if I were to watch the same characters in the same setting for 25 episodes with just slightly unique events, I would end up becoming bored. I also like the fact that the anime is really easy to jump into and watch. I think many people put really high standards for Sword Art Online due to its notoriety. But I also think that Sword Art Online wasn’t meant by the producers to be a SSS-class anime, rather just something to help beginning anime watchers to divulge into the genre of Anime/Manga. Categories in the series’ music and animation were good. The music was extremely memorable. The lyrics, “YUME DE TAKAKU” always seems to remind anyone that its from Sword Art Online. The animation/art-style was also really good for its time. The “fragments” of someone or something that died almost looked 3D. Fight Scenes, especially the Boss levels (Season 1, episode 9 in particular) were very well done and made the fights seem like they were life and death( no pun). They were not as good as fight scenes from anime series such as Akame Ga Kill or Goblin Slayer, but they still got the job done. Heck, even the sandwich made by Asuna during the first arc made me want to eat my monitor I was watching it on. The characters of the anime were also really enjoyable. Kirito was basically overpowered, had two swords( one of which was made of Dragon scat), and wore all black, HE WAS SO COOL. A lot of people say that he’s emotionless/boring, but really he has so much to offer in terms of his actions. Asuna was really genuine and had strong abilities. Even Klein and Agil, side characters, were enjoyable to watch. Finally, the romance aspect was a thing I liked. Aside from the pointless harem Kirito had, his relationship with Asuna had meaning. For a 10 year old, this seemed like the best anyone could have. The movie further amplified their relationship, by showing the distance and determination Kirito would go, in order to help Asuna. The combined aspects of all these things, in my opinion help make Sword Art Online a good show. IG: ichiban_tim
