You are my friend! Thank you for this video. First off...Bob Ross is my hero. Ok Second...I have like a weird kind of OCD which involves geometric placement, it's exhausting to say the least. So needless to say, designing my huge backyard has been a struggle when it doesn't have to be. I just haven't been able to find guidance that myself and my ADD/OCD can understand and relate with....THEN YOUR VIDEO POPPED UP! and finally Third...the main features you mentioned in the beginning when talking about curves are the exact features I have been working on. I have each of them started but continue to struggle with placement and like I mentioned shape. I wish I could send a picture really. Anyways, in this quick video you have managed to get my attention and give me new confidence as I go to work today. I look very forward to more videos from you and seriously cannot express how this 5 min video literally just changed my life today. My "disability struggle" is constant and so awkward and I end up in tears often because my ideas are there, my will and physical ability is there and then I don't know but anyways again thank you. So much. Have a great day. Ok bye, thank you one more time lol!
In my backyard, we have the slope, the geese, the garden, the pool, the fire pit, the patio, the bbq pit, the tree house, hammock, zip glide, everything we could imagine. However, it's all been made so sporadically that you have to have a super good imagination to enjoy it. Otherwise it realistically just looks like "The land of never finished ideas". This video jumped started a fresh perspective, thank you. Is there any suggestions/advice regarding how I can re-focus and take back control of my backyard project as a whole and complete accomplishment? Thank you so much.
It sounds like you have all kinds of possibilities! I'd love to help you either through a design or a consultation. You can go to my website and grab a spot and we can figure it out together. www.bobbykdesigns.com 👍🏻
Hey Bobby. I’m an active duty military and I just bought this house at my new duty station but the landscaping is boring. Do you have any tips for me .
Thank you for your service! It depends on what you are looking for help with. Backyard: ruclips.net/video/XGEElh_Gr2E/видео.htmlsi=GnJAZQXGtjctJdrH Front yard:ruclips.net/video/00SbbFC5hMc/видео.htmlsi=SaQsVBLnIeUGJ30i Both great videos.
Happy to explore what that looks like for you. I design around budgets all the time. www.bobbykdesigns.com You can schedule a design consultation or sign up for a design.
Great question. I found that the root system isn’t very invasive and they tend to just grow up and not out so you should be good. I’ve done several landscape design projects with arborvitae’s behind retaining walls and I haven’t had any problems over a 10 year span.
I am potentially interested in obtaining a design, but I would like some approximate prices before I reach out to your company. Just want a ballpark pricing schedule for your services before beginning the process. Thank you.
Sounds awesome! I design everything personally so let’s have a chat about it. Check out the website, www.bobbykdesigns.com and under get started you can see pricing after you fill out the customer submission form AND there is an option to have a 30 minute consultation with me to go over the process and ask any questions you have. Talk to you soon! ❤️👍🏼❤️

Will Arborvitae trees be a problem behind the retaining wall?
