Your supposed to on derv as well We looked into it to move our machines Transport told us we had to run a non ag towing vehicle like a unimog Be air braked Be on derv and have a tacograph Basically nightmare to be legal Good job your out in the sticks Good luck with it

So long as the train weight is under 24.39ton your ok, JD6530=5080kgs (Source: Tractor Data) + Herbst Lowloader 4100kgs (Source: Herbst website) + JCB JS130 13900kgs (Source: JCB) = 23080kgs in total. Add 150kgs for chains too! Well inside the limit unless the total trainweight of the tractor is less than 23000kgs? Maximium train wieght for an Agricultural combination is 24,390kgs.
Its not a case of having enough power if your breaking the law! 24ton gross on UK roads and thats with air breaks and it looks like your running hydraulic breaks!

our js130hd is 15900 kg if hes running on white with class 1 hes fine
