Toby and his band performed many many concerts in the combat zone in Iraq and Afghanistan. Seen him in Balad, Iraq he put his life on the line for our troops. A real hero who will be greatly missed. God bless you Toby Keith.

I'm so sorry to hear about Toby Keith. He is and will always be a music icon. His music touched so many people. it was like food for your soul. When you were sad, it would lift you up. The song Mockingbird that he sang with hist daughter is probably my favorite performance of his. Perhaps it's because I am a father of daughters myself so seeing them sing together hit me hard. He was great as always and wow could his daughter sing. RIP Toby.

Toby was a True Blue American who loved and was proud of his country. He also loved and faithfully supported our military. I spent 24 years in the US Army Infantry and never once ran into anyone who did not love him, even if they were not country music fans. He was a faithful man who loved God his family above all others. May he forever rest in peace. He will live on through his music.

This man was a great legend when I found out he passed away I didn't know how to react I woke up from a horrible dream that someone in my family had passed and when I heard toby passed I knew this was a lie I couldn't belive what I heard I was deeply shocked and saddned to know what had I dream of the person I admired passed fly high.
