Excellent American Pancakes at The Breakfast Club | London Pancakes

I went around the Breakfast Club many times, but the long queues always discouraged me. During my holidays I decided to give it a go.
The breakfast club serves English and American breakfasts and foods. They have around 11 locations in London already and some great reviews on the internet. I visited their Soho branch which was apparently their first restaurant when they opened in 2005.
My choice:
Pancakes & Berries (The bestseller for £9.5) - Pancakes were delicious. Light and fluffy. I totally understand why this is the bestseller. The vanilla cream, berries and maple syrup combination just work for almost everyone. Sweet and fresh. A little bit conservative. Firstly I felt that there is not enough maple syrup, but I asked the waiter, and he happily brought me the whole bottle! Maple syrup was so good that I had to buy one bottle for home (£12).
Salted Caramel Banoffee Pancakes (£9.5) - For me, this was the winner. I mean, come on. Salted caramel, banana, cream, and chocolate? That’s a perfect combo of flavors. Although, I had to agree with my wife that it felt more like a substantial dessert while Pancakes & Berries were more like a meal.
Well done. I believe The Breakfast Club would be an almost perfect place for a high quality of American pancakes IF there wouldn’t be that 1-1.5 hour of waiting outside.
Try to pick a different location and avoid the brunch time, and it should be much easier.
