    If the straddle carrier design can be changed a bit then the Girder can be transported directly to the Girder transporter thus removing the need of Bridge gantry.

      @Someone-wh8hi Год назад +3

      no. you can't drive through the existing viaduct. and having a overhang is just not possible (reasonably) with this weight.
      I just wonder, once the viaduct is quite long, if the girder carrier will become the bottleneck. does it drive back and forth enough fast, that the casting yard or the girder "placer" doesn't have to wait.

    If only we can lay/upgrade existing railway network in the country to half the haul bearing capacity of these HSR tracks, then that would immensely help faster Passenger travel speed. Especially for Semi-High speed trains like Vande Bharat Express.

    Isn't there going to be a huge undersea tunnel? At that rate the route will be finished years before mumbai.

    Why girder is launched from only one end. If launched from both ends it will be much faster

    • @tejaskaushik792
      @tejaskaushik792 Год назад +11

      there are multiple sections where you have casting yards and launchers, video only shows from one location.

    • @dakshhcr2574
      @dakshhcr2574 Год назад +1

      Girder casting yards are strategically located. Yards are not made at any random location nhsrcl team found.
      Aur yadi dono taraf girders launch karenge, toh usme launching waali machine ko baar baar aage pichhe karna padega.
      That's why, girders are launched in one direction only.
      Dusri taraf ka kaam pichhe se aane waale launching machine ke ho jayega.
