- We bought a 2007 Kawasaki Ninja Zx-6r wrecked and brought it back to life. This bike sat for 10 years. With only 5k miles and clean title, we had to buy it and rebuild it. We bought unpainted injection fairing and did a DIY paint job and it came out awesome! We also replaced the fuel pump and restored the surface rust from inside the tank. All blacked out, this was one of our favorite rebuilds.

Lightskin God We appreciate it bro 👏🏼
I agree this channel will get bigger. They do good work man.
Looks amazing and quite modern. Most people would never know that bike is 13 years old.
Thank you!
Super underrated channel 👏
Appreciate it 😎
I know y'all already got the bike done, but to add a small tip on the rust inside the tank is throw vinegar in it like you did, but also throw in about 3 ft of small link chain and shake it up down and all around mutiple times through out the day..and that helps get all the rust and junk out..
Thank you!
sick video dudes !!!
Mailin Delcid appreciate it!
awesome job guys! and awesome bike, mine still alive and kicking :)

That fuel pump ... ewww..... but super clean rebuilds ever!!
Thank you! I appreciate it!
Great videos and if you want your oil to pour smooth turn the bottle sideways and it won’t do the old glug glug. 👍
Good to know!
👍🔥
Thank you
You know where is the servomotor for the original exhaust? It's behind the battery?
I’m not 100% sure but look on the forums. You’ll find the answer there
Nice Hack!
thank you!
Was that gunshots in the back 😂. Also the video name should be “bringing a bike back from the grave” lol
haha right! and it probably was gunshots. we live in the ghetto LOL
Freshly painted fairings on the concrete drive?
They were cured already so it’s no big deal
I was wondering if you could give me some help? I have the exact same bike but my headlights aren’t coming on for some reason any ideas what it could be?
It could be many things, either the bulb is out or the plug is not making a good connection or a fuse is blown or worst case scenario Is that one of the cable is split inside the insulation. Best way to test is with a multimeter
@@straightsixgarage2178 ok I’ll check that out. There’s a aftermarket tail light on it that was hooked up I didn’t know if that had anything to do with the front lights or not. I’m new to this bike recently bought it after getting rid of my ninja 300 so don’t know much about it
@@demauryeaferguson7614 if for some reason they connected it wrong then most likely a fuse blew if no I would look it up on the bike forums
Please Chang plugs and coolant?
Bike is sold but normally we do that but don’t record it
Nice!
I also have a 2007 zx6r, but unfortunately was in an accident this past thursday when someone failed to look left and pulled out infront of me. I was wondering if you think its still savable? I can email you some pictures for your judgement, insurance is still looking to see if its savable or not but from my friends opinion it can be. Bikes means a lot since I bought it when I was stationed overseas.
I appreciate ya time.

Thanks!!! and yea bro send me the pictures I’ll try to help as much as I can 👍 dreambuildsss@gmail.com
Can u sayhow much you sold it for now? Or how much profit u got?
Honestly it’s been such a long time but I believe we profit about 1200
How much did you sold the bike? Because I’m trying to get the same one for a beginner bike
we sold it for $4300
@@straightsixgarage2178 wow not bad and it’s a fair price 👍👍
@@caseygiron72 yea it was!
Hey so why was the front wheel crooked?
And what did you use to paint the inside of the gas tank to seal it from rust??
PLEASE let me know!!
you guys never talked about that.. @Straight six Garage
So it was crooked because of the previous owner that dropped it. And we used a product called POR-15 Fuel tank sealer.
@@straightsixgarage2178 awesome! Thank you so much for the reply!
Your video is inspirational..
How did you guys straighten out the front wheel?
@@erxfav3197 thanks! We loosened the forks and brake calipers and then you push down on the handle bars. There’s another RUclips video that explains really well how to do it
@@straightsixgarage2178 so the forks weren’t bent or twisted?
And the frame wasn’t crooked?
@@erxfav3197 yea it was just the wheel, no other damage
Bro we need more bimmer content! 😂 😎 🔥
Guito Mendez for sure! Coming soon! 👏🏼
Should have used Evaporust in the tank
I’ll look Into that next time, thanks!
Bro, you are living the dream. Mind if I asked the path in life you took to be able to do this stuff, because if I can't buy a new bike, i'll build mine.
Thanks and Honestly we just make sure to get a good deal and that's how we can afford multiple bikes at once
Hi sri marilao bulacan
Sup 😎
Please put cameras on tripod and start using microphone can’t hear you
Thanks for the tip!
I stopped watching the video just because the guy´s voice was too low and the freaking music very loud, so annoying
