Hi brother. On Unity when converting file to vrm. It literally reselects neutral mode when trying to edit Blendshapes. Been stuck for minute please help?? Only thing j was thinking would work was to redo all my work and start off doing blendshapes? Any help
Ugh I had moved my head before doing the blendshapes so now all the blendshapes shift up after changing the order of the input. My solutions to manually move the blenshapes vertices down after zeroing out the head. Welp lesson learned. Almost done though. Thank you for another clear and concise tutorial
my problem with advanced skeleton, some vertices in lip main doesnt deform at all they static and the mesh jsut stretches leaving them intact. I use mixed joints and blendshapes

Hi. Thank you for resolving this issue. Please help with the solution of one more question in your lessons. I do everything according to your lessons. But maybe I missed something. When I move the shapes, everything is ok. But when I move both bones and shapes, problems begin. In which cases can you move the bones and in which not? Also please tell me how to mix a smile with a closed mouth and a smile with an open mouth.

But after restarting the app, some of them are not responding properly. eg. If "O" is set at 1 my character does not even moves its mouth. Sometimes it is some other blend shapes. Hi and thanks! Did you move the head and then freeze transforms? You need to keep any offsets you add to the models. Basically, if you zero out the main heads translation values, and all the blendshapes, they should be in the same place.

I tried the tip but I still have an issue where whenever I reorganize the order of the inputs to have the skincluster as the last one, I have lose all my inputs and deformations. The mesh goes back to its place of origin and there is not influenced by the rig or the blendshapes anymore. However, changing the skincluster input to the middle of my list of input doesn't delete the inputs. Do you have a tip for me?
@@62cky4powerthirst Saddly I didn’t find a proper way to fix it. The only thing I found worked was to remake my inputs in the right order from the start. In my case, since I had a weird deformation of my blendshapes bc I added them after I rigged my mesh, I had to unbind the skin, apply my blendshapes and reskin the mesh to have the inputs in the right order.
@@marie-hp I see, thank you. I'll tell you if I crack it on my end, my problem is even if I get the input order right: my blendshape is srill jagged. I'm getting a persistent cycle warning whenever I make a new target in the shape editor.
@@marie-hp I figured it out: my blendshapes were breaking because of my animation settings, I had to go to windows, setting/prefrences, animation, set parallel to dg, and that seems to have fixed the blendshape problem

my skin is all messed up after changing order. Its animates with blendshapes, but skin is broken, hands, body and legs are distorded
