From UK this truly looks amazing a nd a wonderful cake Aliza beautiful name too , Please can you advice me if the pan you use to cook the cake in is Aluminium as I do not have one . What do you cook the pan on is it gas or electric heater and does it not burn the bottom of the pan on the outside Could I use a stainless steel saucepan on low gas with a small amount of water in the stop saucepan burning . Thank You for any advice you can give I cannot wait to make this amazing cake
Linda Jones l don't think that it will burn from the outside because she mentioned to keep the gas burner at a medium flame for 2 to 3 min and then reduce it to low and bake for about 20 -25 min. l think you can use any pan but kindly man do confirm this to her
