EASY OVEN BAKED CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS

9 chicken drumsticks

1 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp all purpose
1 tsp meat & poultry seasoning (I used the Jamaican Choice brand. You can use Old Bay seasoning as a substitute if that’s what you have)
1 tsp chicken seasoning

For the sauce:
4 tbsp corn oil
1/2 onion
1 tbsp green seasoning (haitian epis/spice)
1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
Juice from the chicken
1/2 cup water
