Oh and yes at the five minute mark, I flipped my chicken. It came out perfect!! Remember to adjust times if your chicken is bigger or smaller….it reminded me of the chicken costalletta dish from the Cheesecake Factory!! ❤

One thing I can’t wrap my mind around is the cheese.. every time it melts into the sauce, the cheese bunches up when mixed into the pasta and can’t figure out why? I also find myself adding a bit more salt, lemon pepper, and Parmesan cheese because of the separation that I mentioned before. What am I doing wrong?? 🤔
