Jessica F. Hi, There are different princess prongs..They all tighten differently...If you have a customers diamond that is always loose..probably wasn't set correctly from the beginning..watch this video again, I tighten this one by pinching LIGHTLY..One corner at a time...
you didn't creat clearance for the keel's. This is the number one reason princess cuts chip.
