    Great tip! For any kickboxer's you can throw this lower and take out the back of their foot as well in case your in a light-kick match up.

    Make sure when practicing this with a partner they know how to fall. Shane could probably do this for hours seeing his recovery. Sweet vid man

    Its works particularly well with Muay Thai as you have a more upright stance so its easier to knock someone down. That said be wary of an elbow as to do this move you have to be in close, and possibly set it up with a fake otherwise he could crunch that front leg as you come in.

    Why would you lift your left leg and stay facing forward if your opponent steps to the right with the right leg? AND he needs to step AGAIN with the left leg before he can throw the kick with the right leg? at 0.45
