Just wondering, with the way he was using the kettle weights at the beginning, can you use dumb bells and still get the same result? I'm just getting into strength training and I already have dumb bells, but I just wanted to know before I go out and spend more money on anything else. I.e. I'd rather be spending money I stuff that will help than be spending money on something that does the same thing as something I already have
Rivyn Daniel that exercise he was doing (behind the head overhead press) is actually really bad for your shoulders and really dangerous to do, most professionals usually avoid it. however, with dumbbells, since the weight remain in your hand, that exercise would be much safer. so short answer, stay clear from kettle weights for that if you're doing that; stick to dumbbells

Jordan Stiltner you can still be muscly and strong with terrible form ...these exercises will still build muscle and strength but poot form gives him a way higher risk of injury
Jordan Stiltner and plus the only exercises people are really talking about are his cleans and other Olympic moves which are heavily based on technique so it's fair to criticise when they're done incorrectly
