I love that this is short and concise. I also really like the assurances for a doubtful mind- that I deserve sleep and I am doing it right, etc. May I suggest doing a meditation for anxiety where you alternate comfort phrases with the body work suggestions. Thanks.
Many thanks to you Grace! I started experiencing a strange and annoying pattern of sleep last year where I would wake up after roughly four hours and would have a tough time drifting off again. Most likely it was caused by all the stress and uncertainty of the past 18 months…plus getting older and my sleep transitioning to a biphasic pattern. This video has helped me get back to sleep more times than I can tell you! There’s a few others I like but this one is my favorite. That focus on relaxing the body parts is great and I rarely last very long afterwards!
