Great review of the bag. I considered this bag however what many people fail to realize is that when this is full it becomes a pain to lug this around an airport if they are using it as a one bag travel bag. Especially if wearing around your shoulder. The concept seems great but not the comfort. I am 6' 2" approx 208 lbs and a bag like this will make anyone sweat carrying it for a length of time. I would suggest a backpack or small rollie bag as a easier option. Cheers from the North.
The red strip on TSA pocket is to remind you if you needed to remove your laptop from the center sleeve at security check to retrieve any other items. Pocket comes in handy so you dont need the little bins at TSA check.
Funny how every review of this duffel bag goes gonzo for you being able to access things from the top zipper. Last I checked, that's what every duffel bag can do.
Good review. Good camera distance and some close ups. A bit too fawning. Too much hand movement. Still one of the best for info. I think people forget that access to interior of anything is made more difficult the more you put in the bag. If you stuff this bad, most things aren't coming out easy, except for the laptop.

Almost bought this, but it having no trolley sleeve was a huge deal breaker. Went with the Nomad Lane Bento Bag instead and have no regrets.

Why didn't you fully pack the bag and carry with th handles and should straps? You only carried it when it was completely empty.
