I may be wrong but I double checked and on powervalve preload I think you did 1.5 turns, just trying to make sure as my father bought same bike and I have a hunch there not adjusted right
Just found your videos. Amazing job! i have a question, do you know hom much i need to turn that power valve spring adujstment screw/cap in 2001 250 rm?
Hope you like the videos!
I don't know the specification for the 2001 RM sorry. I do know they are a different setup than the earlier bikes though so don't assume that it's one turn like the one in the vid.
Very nice job, congrats! Can You tell me what kind of abrasive sand you use for blasting?
Love your vids. I noticed you dont use any locktite.
Cheers. I use it where the manual suggests.
@@G9Garage my 93 rm 250 is ported and polished and I have to lock tight basically everything because of all the vibration
You didn't secure the connecting rod pin, am i right? BTW very nice vids!
I was waiting for that comment! I definitely did but the footage was not usable.
hello there like really like the videos im just about to start the same build im just searching for missing bits, where did you source all of your bits from?
What kind of oil are you using?
Don't these have thrust washers?
Where did you buy the piston ?
Hello, I can ask you where you got the catalog of spare parts you have in the video?
I made that myself. Just google 'RM250 1992 OEM Parts' or similar and there are many suppliers that show diagrams and part numbers. I then copy and past all of the photos and data into excel, pretty it all up and print it out!
thank you, and you have a luxury wine master continue :)

Where are you ordering your parts from ?
Mostly Partzilla and CMSNL. Others from ebay, facebook, and a few other sources... I'm always on the search for new old stock parts.
Motosport.com is where I get all my stuff from

If I gave you my Email address and send you Pictures Of My Suzuki RM 250 could you please tell me what Year Model the Engine Is Because The Frame is a 1998 and the Engine Is Not Please Help Me Brother Keep Up The Amazing Work With Your Videos They really Help Alot....
Hi Damon, I don't know a lot about the later engines unfortunately. All I'd do is some research on google or even call your local Suzuki dealer - they'll be able to tell you quickly.
