    I may be wrong but I double checked and on powervalve preload I think you did 1.5 turns, just trying to make sure as my father bought same bike and I have a hunch there not adjusted right

    Just found your videos. Amazing job! i have a question, do you know hom much i need to turn that power valve spring adujstment screw/cap in 2001 250 rm?

      Hope you like the videos!
      I don't know the specification for the 2001 RM sorry. I do know they are a different setup than the earlier bikes though so don't assume that it's one turn like the one in the vid.

      @@G9Garage my 93 rm 250 is ported and polished and I have to lock tight basically everything because of all the vibration

      I made that myself. Just google 'RM250 1992 OEM Parts' or similar and there are many suppliers that show diagrams and part numbers. I then copy and past all of the photos and data into excel, pretty it all up and print it out!

      Mostly Partzilla and CMSNL. Others from ebay, facebook, and a few other sources... I'm always on the search for new old stock parts.

    If I gave you my Email address and send you Pictures Of My Suzuki RM 250 could you please tell me what Year Model the Engine Is Because The Frame is a 1998 and the Engine Is Not Please Help Me Brother Keep Up The Amazing Work With Your Videos They really Help Alot....

      Hi Damon, I don't know a lot about the later engines unfortunately. All I'd do is some research on google or even call your local Suzuki dealer - they'll be able to tell you quickly.
