Haha @ I can’t believe you’re rude TAKE THAT! Preach it!!! I started out feeling super guilty when I had food deemed not healthy.... literally CRIED over it. Now I like to test what I can and cannot handle. You’re absolutely right... you gotta do what’s right for you. It’s your journey and yours alone. Your husband is a rockstar for caring about your feelings though and being so supportive, so good on him ☺️ You’ve got the right mindset for succeeding so I’m sure you’re gonna go far 👍🏼

34 LBS in AMAZING! You're doing so, so good. I'm so scared to try chocolate or anything sweet because I think I'll want more and more and more. Everything has gone so smooth that I'm not sure if I'll dump. So nice you could eat ONE hershey kiss and be completely satisfied. Love how you're doing this just for YOU!

In an RNY there's no longer a valve and so liquids will slide through fairly quickly. I did feel full though and still do but I don't think it lasts nearly as long as more solid food. I can glug water pretty good though. You are right about how weight weighs not just the body but the mind down. This journey has been so much more emotional than I realized it would be. NSVs mean so, so much and they make me cry. I just didn't know how hopeless I felt until I had hope. It's weird. I didn't know that it bothered me so much to not tuck my shirts in because that looked awful to me and made me feel fatter until one day, I tucked my shirt in and realized I looked okay. I boohooed and couldn't understand why I felt so emotional. Still prefer shirts out but I don't feel ridiculous with my shirt tucked in.

Faster doesn’t always mean better either. Just as long as you’re moving in the right direction.
I am dying for some salt and vinegar crisps. Baby wants them NOW lol. And I definitely crave salad, I’ve always loved salads. My nutritionist said no “meal salads” for a year.... boooo.
I’ve always wanted to go to Miami. I gotta go when I get my thong bikini body ready lol.
All y’all’s videos cut into my Real Housewives time, so if that doesn’t show you how much I love you, I don’t know what will :-)
