I read somewhere that her performance of this song on Jools was her first appearance of note, back in 2004. Nas cancelled his appearance and KT had 24 hours to prepare. It's cool that now she's redoing it in big style, and which much more confidence.
Her story was yes,,she stepped in, and when she finished her dad said...shes only bloody done it...it was faultless then, even better now,,flippin pedals...but why not, continued success
More confidence, but I much prefer the original Jools performance. There were more layers and I'm pretty sure she did a more interesting beat on the guitar.
Loved her first appearance on Later.. And still loving it now... All musicians look at this with respect.. I am not even going to mention Ed.. Bugger, Just did.. But he knows what I mean

Not as good as the same performance on Jools Holland. Maybe the acoustics were working against her at this venue though.
