Take Big Lemon Size Tamarind
Curry Leaves (HandFull)
Sesame Oil - 5 tsp
Musterd Seed - 1/2 spoon
Cumin Seed - 1/4 spoon
Asafoetida - 1/4-1/2 spoon
Salt To Taste
Add Small Pice Jaggery/ If Required
Karamani Poriyal
Cut Green Long Deans Into Small Piceses
Turmeric - 1/4 spoon
Salt To Taste
Coconut Oil - 1 spoon
Mustered Seed - 1/4 spoon
Dry Chilly - 1
Urad Dal - 1 spoon
Dry Chilly Powder - 1/2 spoon
Coconut Grated
Paruppu Urundai Rasam
2 tbsp Toor Dal
2 tbsp Gram Dal With 2 Dry Chilly - 1
Turmeric - 1/4 spoon
Asafoetida - 1/4 spoon
Salt To Taste

Salt To Taste
Turmeric - Small Pinch

Milk - 1/2 cup
