    This awareness through the spacious heart space this aliveness that receives thoughts is the space that aligns with the creative and is the space where you write from and you keep coming back to when you drift into the thinker. I am so grateful to hear this talk. Thank you.

    This was fantastic! It helped me get grounded and feel the awareness within my body and create a spaciousness that was lacking.. Thank you so much!

    Great video. At the end there's a discussion about how it feels in the body. I get similar feelings in my body watching this as I get watching ASMR videos. I wonder, Loch, if you're familiar with ASMR? Could there be some connection between ASMR and what's being shared in this video?

    I have tremendous sinus around my forehead, eyes and nose so I tried treating the sinus like you did the eyes and wow its loosening up. I have been resisting it. I just noticed, fear is connected to the sinus -- fear of not breathing.

      This is taken from the classic book on metaphysics by Louise L Hay, Heal Your Body:
      Sinus Problems: Irritation to one person, someone close.
      *I declare peace and harmony indwell me and surround me at all times. All is well.
      Lungs are not connected to fear, the kidneys are. Lungs are associated with grief. Xx

    So how do you function in your day to day from this awareness? Such as talking to someone?

    • @akakonoha

      I think we're supposed to practice it so it's like second nature (although it's our most natural state). When you have to "think" about it, it's not.

      Knowing you are this awareness helps you to stay present day to day, and not be reactive in tough situations or with difficult people.
      You realize they are the same awareness having a different experience, and act sympathetically toward them. 🙏💚

      This is one open eyed training shift to be able to live from true Self rather than ego center. Take a look at one of my books for a full answer to your question as this is the goal to live from open hearted embodied awareness based true Self, which is available within you already.

      Over time you can gradually let go of being the talker, and the words will just spill out freely.

      @@Milkshakman yes letting go from thinker/talker is first step but can get caught in a gap of not knowing so then discover and let go into awareness based knowing and doing from here.

    Hey Loch, how would you feel about me teaching classes on this? Do I have your blessing

    • @LochKelly
      @LochKelly  3 года назад +3

      Yes, this is freely given, with an open source ethic, to be shared with others. Share at the level of your own experience and from your heartfelt motivation to benefit others. If you have some questions about whether you get the fullness of it then take an online course with me and ask your questions for fine tuning. I will have a teacher training program next year so sign up for the newsletter. www.lochkelly.org
