My biggest dilemma is that if you work for a corporation, you income is always restricted by the salary structure and HR system within the organisation unless you venture into your own business.
Becoming aware and realizing this is not a dilemma. It's pointing you towards an opportunity to make an inspired decision that moves your life in ways that are meaningful to you.
If you live in the United States there's a thing called freedom of contract which allows you to negotiate for better rates and terms of employment. You also have the freedom to consult with and have an employment agreement drawn up by an employment attorney which includes salary and severance terms should the employer/employee relationship come to an end.

It is great to gather knowledge, with the intent that this is a season that is setting you up for inspired, productive action. Identify all the ways that taking this action will help you achieve what's important to you, and it will increase your likelihood of moving! I also have a video on over-thinking / procrastination.
