  • Karli answers first question asked by a hard of hearing person how to practice meditation with eyes closed. No need to do that. There are many ways/techniques (Mantra, candle gazing, breathing) you can learn how to meditate with eyes opened or closed.

    Thanks for sharing this important information. I have been thinking about to get a meditation I really want it so badly from the bottom of me deeply inside like a dying spirit. I never feel like this situation since I moved here in Australia from Philippines 8 years ago. I wonder why I was always happy and energy, what I just realised in my country we always have a retreat every once a year not only school but also every organisations, companies and families. Well, after I watched your video and looking up where I want to go and finally I found BALI SILENT RETREAT via internet. Hopefully I make it ASAP otherwise I end up in mental hospital lol.
