As an Albanian, I haven't even been to Turkey but I cannot wait to go just for the food. Turkish food is 100% the best in the entire world. It has the best of middle east and Mediterranean foods. Every recipe I have made is absolutely amazing.
As a pakistani i got to say one of the only cuisines on earth where nothing tastes average its all amazing. Its a mixing pot of arabs and balkans and ottomans obviously it makes sense. And ofcourse asia as well. So delicious.
Uzbeks also have this kind of food which is callad"kosa somsa" means bowl samosa, it's smaller than this one and in ours there is more meat, love turkey from uzb❤
