Sam is too modest to point out & Becky probably doesn't want to put her on the spot, but the last time USNWT featured a premiere holding midfielder was the 2021 Olympics, more s specfically Sam's last game with the national squad. Our problems in midfield started with her loss & will continue until we can find a replacement who's as good.

Hello Sam and Becky. I am going to suggest a 1-1 draw. Midge Purce is my favourite current US player. She gave great post game reviews at the World Cup and is obviously intelligent on and off the field.
Before hearing Becky's talk about the XG system, I figured USA should have had 3 to 4 goals against Costa Rica. S. Smith even had the goalie out of goal but couldn't cut the angle enough. Horan unintentionally blocked a U.S. shot right at goal. Seemed like things just didn't go U.S.'s way during that game and the Costa Rica goalie practically stood on her head.
Surprised Abby was not picked. Her long passes are incredible. The US has never really been able to figure out how to break through a bunkered defense. Also, superstars in the NWSL does not make you a superstar player on the international play. We've seen that these past 2 yrs with this team.
Becky for Congress after retirement! Emma didn't want to show any set piece wrinkles on those corners, I suppose? Also, I'd love to see Trinity Rodman crash the goal when the ball comes in from the other side.

Barbara will be subbed off and Lynne, Croix and JAedyn will come on and a goal will be scored by one of them. A penalty kick by USA will leave the final score 2-1.

In 2022, those three & one another player on the Zambian women's national team were ruled ineligible for the Women's Africa Cup of Nations by the Confederation of African Football - the governing body for football/soccer in Africa - because they failed to meet the physical criteria for female competition. The reason these players are such standout stars in women's soccer in Zambia, internationally & in the USA's NWSL is that they all have testes which produce testosterone in the normal male range, along with male genetics & male androgen receptors that enable them to utilize & benefit from all the T they produce as males typically do.
They have the benefit of elevated T, a male puberty and their male pelvis - which is much more efficient for running. If DSD athletes are banned in athletics, just become soccer players. American podcasters will lap it up.
