- Hey everyone ! In this video I am showing you all how I prepare my coffee with my Mr. Iced Coffee machine (made ONLY for iced coffee). I touch base on the general process one would go through when using the machine as well as when you are finished with it. I’ve never done a review type video before and i tried to get straight to the point so thank you for bearing with me and thank you for watching !!

For those saying its like a regular coffee maker, if you read the box it says it makes CONCENTRATED coffee which makes the coffee stronger even when the ice is melting. Thats why its worth it!
I noticed that the measuring scoop is even bigger then the regular scoop that came with my hot coffee maker. I need this device!!!! Lol
How does it make it more concentrated than a regular coffee machine ?

People are falling for this crappy coffee maker's marketing. And this is why we have so much junk plastic in the world. The coffee is "concentrated" because 1) that scoop is huge, it's enough coffee to make a normal POT of coffee; 2) the drip sprout is designed to be very small, so the flow rate is slow. The silly people at Mr Coffee call this RapidChill. You can literally trademark any low-tech with a fancy name and people fall for it. The slow drip rate means the liquid is soaked in coffee grind in the upper chamber, and it will bring out a lot of bitter taste from the coffee. The slow dripping process allow the drip to get air cooled. You can do this with any $9.99 coffee maker... just remove the pot and brew...after a while, put the pot back in and drain out the coffee. The coffee be stronger and cooler, and just it over the ice.
It doesn’t taste watered down cuz it starts with so much less water than traditional coffee. They truly thought that design through. I want one now
then cant you just put less water in a regular coffee maker and achieve the same thing???
This also uses quite a bit of coffee grounds for a singular serving in my opinion
Just press the strong button on your regular coffee maker? I do this exact thing with my Keurig.
It doesn't taste watered down because you are using A LOT OF COFFEE. That scoop is huge! I hate to say this, people are so silly these days, and fall for any marketing. This is just a drip coffee maker, that drips right onto a full cup of ice. You can literally do this with any other cheap coffee maker that has enough height for the cup clearance.
@@_w_w_ why are you so angry about something you don't even need to buy lmao. Even baristas have said these are better than just putting your coffee in the fridge. Let people enjoy things that they feel works, it's not that deep.
I love mine!!! The reason it doesn't water down the coffee is because it comes out super strong to account for the ice melting! The person who came up with this is a genius!!!
Ahhh that explains why it keeps me up and moving more than usual compared to other coffees from SB/DD I used to drink haha thank you!!

*This replaced a smaller Keurig that I owned for 6 years **MyBest.Kitchen** I wanted the convenience of the water receptacle and while this unit is much larger than the previous one, I'm very happy with my purchase. The only downside to this larger model is having to move it from under the cabinets to place the pod and refill it. I was able to rectify this by purchasing glide mats for small appliances. Now, it's perfect!*

My favorite part is definitely the reusable filter! Definitely more environmentally friendly

This is great for the coffee lovers who also want an ice coffee but don't want the fuss. Maybe it's just me but the audio is syncing with video. Great job. Keep up the good work.

I just got one for my birthday! I’m excited to try it out. I’m a little worried because traditional cold brew is less acidic and I feel like this will still be acidic like regular brewed coffee.

Love mine! I use Kirkland (Costco) Columbian ground with international delight French vanilla creamer. My trick is to add more ice after it brews. I also add Jordan’s skinny salted caramel syrup for an extra boost of flavor.

I love mine!! Have had mine for over 6 months now and don’t remember when is the last time I went to SB haha. They’re not hard to find though I see them at target ALL the time, they always have TONS on the shelves, even in different colors

@@ImJustHere555 you’re welcome ☺️ I try to always respond, I think it’s weird not to, and no it’s not. But I am sure u can get one if you wanted to. It’s a nice sized cup, I believe 20oz, so just make sure you get that same size or it won’t fit under the spout.

Secret is that they make the coffee stronger I just got mine and I noticed the difference between my Keurig. It’s not the worst but I do prefer my coffee on the lighter side.
Ohh agreeeed! it is stronger but I don't mind it just because my days have gotten a little busier lately, sometimes I have to make sure I eat something before, in between, or after drinking it just so I don't feel like the caffeine has completely taken over my body with anxiety lmao

Took my ninja 24 oz. Thermo cup. Filled it to same line with water. One scoop of coffee in coffeemaker. Waited for pot to fill up. Placed ice in my ninja cup filled with ice. Added creamer stirred it up. Amazing! And saved money!

I have the black one and I love it. I will occasionally run the grinds through a second time for my kid (for less caffeinated) and even that tastes good
Just got it love it ita super easy and i do suggest using big ice cuz i use the ice you get at stores that are the long circle with a hole ice and they melt but i still have some left in the cup which isnt a big deal for me and it does brew hot but when its done its cold which is cool and you dont have to use the reusable filter if you dont want to but i put a paper filter inside the reusable one so its stays in the cup cuz i hate reusable filters see no point in them lol

I bought the mr iced coffee maker from amazone along whit an iced cube tray cause my ice cubes trays that i now have leak in my freezer. The mr coffee iced coffee machine comes from 29 agust or september first. But my ice cube tray comes tommorow. Jeej i can drink iced coffee again soon. I love how you go in depth about the machine! I have the same one in black and I’ve always made ice coffee but not with the cup it came with so whenever I would make coffee it would taste watered down and I’m like oh no am I making it wrong 😭😭

I just use my regular coffee maker make full pot put in frig overnight then put cream sugar ice in morning last more than one day too no need for 2 machines!

Hello. I,ll will order it from amazone tommorow. I live in the netherlands and I don,t have wall markt. So i have to order it from amazone. Its 114 euro,s and i,ll order an ice cube tray as well. The ice cube trays i have now leak water into my parents freezer. I drink african coffee. I grind the coffee beans myself i have a grinder. I can,t wait to order my mr coffee iced coffee maker. Omg i should’ve searched this before i used mine yesterday!
I have had one for a month or 2 and I like it quite a bit but I have a roommate that also uses it and we both drink several cups a day which kind of makes it a hassle to empty the filter and rinse it everytime . Otherwise its been great
