Well said , you are so right David Bowie is such a great artist. I've been a fan of his all of my life. Bowie is one of those rare individuals that can truly be called a legend. David's mythology is of his own making. Bowie is so legendary that even his legend has a legend. We lost David Bowie far too soon.

I thought I had already seen all his good concerts. They keep appearing even after death. I can't believe.
I remember buying this music tour in a beautiful cassette set with the words Sound & Vision glossed on the cover black box in late 1990, then the CD 💿 set came out, and up and running I went to the CD store to get it, this one came out in a limited edition gorgeous box.
Of course nothing beats the sound and vision of a most magnanimous artist named David Bowie, oh, how I miss that gorgeous humanist, I think the man was a genius in many respects, love his music, love his paintings and moreover the person behind it, rest easy ⭐️ man. 💐
I saw BOWIE on the Sound+Vision Tour in Hartford, CT in July 1990. The show was MAGIC

My fave part of all is Adrian Belew's guitar intro to Stay. It is sheer brilliance. I was so lucky to witness him in the greatest show I ever saw,with David in 78, he was superb also on the 1980 tour with Talking Heads. He has played with so many artists. He deserves the status of legend. Thank you for shaping my whole life, David and Adrian.

I am so glad that this is available where for I can always look back and admire his talent for improvisation.So welcome like none other.. only wish he were still around,. And who knows what he'd surprise us with...will never be another like him ...Took artistry and entertainment to an ethereal level...
Bowie was open to everything around him & everybody who was around him was influenced & entranced by his style,charisma,charm & creative abilities .A true artist on every level.So many artist have been & will continue to be mesmerized by his genius & legacy…including me….Reekashade.

Phew...where did the time go. Can't believe it's been 30 years since I saw this tour! This was definitely the best Bowie show I ever got to see. Having Adrian Belew there made all the difference in the world. I also saw the Glass spiders tour but that really paled in comparison to this tour!! This show was just a total dream Bowie show From beginning to end. Absolute perfection!!
You nail it. At that time he tried to make us forget about the Spider debacle. I love the black tie white noise stuff.

I caught him on the Moonlight tour in Milton Keynes, that was a good line-up. Adrian Belew sounds like a shit guitarist from this video. Absolutely awful. LESS IS MORE!
I would kill to go back and attend one of the Sound + Vision shows. The whole Sound + Vision period is incredible. A small but determined record label reissued his best albums with the utmost care, a box set (Bowie's BEST box set) won a freaking Grammy and David embarked on a huge tour that spanned 5 continents.

What a singer! Wow in ‘90 he’s belting out the ‘70s gems, etc. I saw the ‘76 Thin White Duke tour (called On Stage), saw Serious Moonlight tour, saw Earthling tour. He is phenomenal!

I went to this tour’s Los Angeles show at Dodger stadium. He was the most professional and talented vocalist I’d ever heard. It was supposed to be his farewell tour and every song was outstanding and better than the one before it.
He has such a great voice the way he changes it is perfect 🥰💞❤

Thanks so much for posting this awesome show! There will never be another like David Bowie. I’ve loved him since the first time I saw him on TV late one night in the early 70’s. I’m grateful that I was able to see him once in concert, though I’d have loved to have gone to many more, and I’d have loved to have been at this one!

He struggled vocally on this tour- I saw him in Foxboro, July 1990- great performance but he was definitely raspy. I always thought that was become he was smack dab in the middle of Tin Machine in this era...
