thanks, Veyon works perfectly with the desktops in my class on the LAN. But cant get the laptops that are on wifi to connect. Can you help advise on if this is possible ?
Hi Nic, I also saw this was an issue, as soon as I plugged the laptop in with Ethernet, I could pick it up. On here it seems like WiFi is supported: docs.veyon.io/en/latest/admin/installation.html#index-1 I would suggest you try two things: insert the MAC address as well on the Veyon Configurator on the Teacher PC. If that doesn't work, I wonder if the problem isn't that the Teacher and the learner clients need to be on the same network - i.e. if the teacher PC was also on the same WiFi you might pick them up, but not if you're on Ethernet but some of them on WiFi, the rest on Ethernet. Good luck and please let us know what you find.

I want to ask after restarting the student machine, the student machine result is still connected on the server, but all are red, no image is displayed?
If the other machines work, but that one doesn't I'm afraid I can't help. I don't have an IT background - it was our IT support technician who was kind enough to record the process for me. I have a question: In other tutorials, they also install the private key to the clients. I tried to do without and it works but I wonder, why they show it this way in other tutorials. Also you didn't use the "Internal VNC-Server (UltraVNC) in the Service section and you didn't select the "User-backend" to "System - System user groups".

Why did not show the user' s screen on master computer after added the all computers to Veyon master .

Not that I know of, but go have a look on the Veyon FAQ, perhaps there is a way.

In Veyon configurator, go up to the file menu and reset configuration. If needed, put all the options and settings back manually.

Try using the IP address instead of hostname

Import the private key from the original master (not public key like for students). Have the same settings/setup as original master.
