This might seem a strange comment and I hope you read it and consider. I watched a few of your videos related to diet/digestive problems. I hope you did your 1.5 liters of farts today, this is the upper end of normal range so if it's 2 liters no big deal. A normal person farts about 10 to 20 times a day and again if it's a few more times then no big deal. Whether or not you realise it it would seem you hold farts in either because you are just too tense, you need to be relaxed to fart or alternately you actually do it deliberately because some sort of fear of embarrassment if it's noisy or whatever. One thing that might help you relax and also aligns and helps the normal digestive process is walking, go for a 2 mile walk or something as often as you can if you don't already, those stretches and stuff might be good for flexibility but probably not exactly going to cause you to relax. Anyway just an idea check to see if you fart like a regular person, it's natural and shouldn't be held in because worst case it can actually cause you real physical harm. Best of luck.

Welcome back! Omg, my family and I all LOVE escape rooms! What a fun family business for you all to be involved in. I'm sure being on the other side of the "adventure" isn't all entertainment, but seems like it would be more fun than some. Several women in my family have endometriosis also.
