If you have acne you have ama which literally translates to toxic sludge. That’s why I detox I have the before and after pics to prove how diet controls our bodies. I can trigger acne with food in one meal and I can chose to keep it at bay with Whole Foods plant based foods and oil or oregano if you have sibo you need oil of oregano to clear up your blood to clear your skin ❤
Anese has masks and scrubs that have helped my stretch marks so much! Maybe try their booty mask kit (you can put it almost everywhere) it lightened my stretch marks and even made some others disappear.
