The Muto looks small next to the Hiya Godzilla because 2019-2024 Godzilla is canonically taller than 2014 Godzilla. Hiya is making a 2014 Godzilla that will be slightly smaller and look better next to the female Muto
Looks good and has a nice amount of articulation, the size isn't a problem, it would have been great if included a alternate head or explotions effects as a accesory. Nice review as always 👍🏻
The scale is off between the Female Muto and Godzilla. Godzilla 2019 is 393ft while Godzilla 2014 is 355ft. The Female Muto is 300ft. So, Hiya is set to release some time soon so that figure will be properly scaled since it's going to be 6.3 inches rather than 7 inches.
One thing I like about Hiya Toys is that their giant monster figures use ratchet-like joints. More toy companies should use those kind of joints for their monster figures because it adds more strength and stability
I think the scale had to do with the fact that Godzilla was 108 meters tall in 2014 and I think the first half of KOTM. The nuke Serizawa gave him in KOTM boosted his height to about 120 meters
Hiya used the official stats height as supposed to relative movie scaling, and thus far it is accurate on their every release. I do believe it is also because 2019 is larger than 2014, that Femuto looks too small next to it. SHMa's and Neca's Monstervers Goji is the size of what a Hiya Toys's 2014 would be, so for now a Goji that would look good fighting this gal on an even grounds are SH's and Neca's. I do hope they'll do Queen Muto. I think they only need to make new molds for the head spine area and the first two segment of the largest limbs to make her
Best thing about this figure is you technically have two in one. 1. Femuto (2014) 2. Muto Queen a.k.a. Titanus Barb (2019) Yes I know its the 2014 version, but now you can't un-think it.
@@GojiraFan-in9oo Yes I know there are differences between the two, but until Hiya or someone else makes an official Queen Muto, you have to settle for this. Also some people are quite creative an can modify their figures just enough to make a queen from this figure.
@@GojiraFan-in9oo Yes that's true. The two are different enough to be separate creatures but similar enough that they are both classified as the same species. But until an official figure is released of the Muto Queen, people will use the 2014 model as a stand in.
Did SH MonsterArts ever come out with a Muto? I'm looking through Google and I can't tell if what I see is fake or not. I've never been interested in the SH MonsterArts vs Hiya Toys war, and still believe both brands have their merits, but if SHM never came out with a Muto, then this is a very interesting point in their favor. The figure looks pretty good, all things considered.
Now, Hiya Toys would you be so kind is give us the male Muto, Muto Prime, and Barb...uh...Queen Muto from Godzilla King of the monsters in action figure form. Thank you.
I’m not sure why they didn’t release the male MUTO along with the Prime MUTO. It’s a lot smaller so it should cost much to produce and package with the Female MUtO.
I believe Muto is smaller because I think the upcoming 2014 Godzilla will be smaller as well to scale with his 2019 counterpart
Thanks for clarifying. I was really confused
@@DiegoDoom And the Hiya Godzilla 2014 will also be a bit smaller to scale with the muto

In terms of scale, the true test will come when Hiya 2014 Goji comes out

I'm sure you can angle the legs to better reflect the scale
importing directly from the website turns it into 81 dollars with the international shipping ^^ its a stunning figure and still so worth it!

I look forward to getting her. Looks like I'll need to put some shock oil on those joints. I hope Hiya does a flying Muto soon.
Interesting this is the first HQ Muto articulated figure and it is absolutely fantastic moment when DiegoDoom upload
to small for the price, great video Doom ,excellent edits and lights on subject
Thanks for watching and thanks for the support
A very unique titan. It looks like an overgrown invertebrate but it’s actually a vertebrate-
just imagine this kaiju will fight with kyojuro rengoku 💀

You needed to do a size scaling with the Legendary SHMA Kong, King Ghidorah, Mechagodzilla and Mothra. 😊
Not bad

Officially, SH Monsterarts never made any M.U.T.O figure, this is the first Articulated one that im aware of.
Nope. SHMA has not made a MUTO. The closest thing we got was the severed MUTO head accessory.
Now, Hiya Toys would you be so kind is give us the male Muto, Muto Prime, and Barb...uh...Queen Muto from Godzilla King of the monsters in action figure form. Thank you.
She’s 91m in Godzilla 2014. So she should be roughly 5.5”.

The front "feet" should be facing rearward.
You question the scale of the muto with the hiya godzilla, but you say that the scale checks out. Make that make sense.
