    Incredibly informative tutorial. Thank you

Great video once again! I've always been curious about the color transfer option (sRGB & Linear) which can be found in the advanced options beside the texture sliders. Are these important? And when to use which or do we just leave them as is?
Also, would love to see a video demonstrating sync/align coordinates and sync pivot. I was thinking of importing an SKP model with only the structure and another SKP model for the interior furniture (both from the same project of course) imported separately and how to align them correctly in D5. Something like that haha!

Thanks! Great question - RE color space the only space I use is typically sRGB to expose the H (hue) S (saturation) B (brightness) controls, I only use this to sometimes desaturate a base texture (lower the S value).
For example, say I find a marble but there's some brown or green discoloration and I need it to be grayscale, I can lower the S until it's colorless and there ya go, a non colored texture.
This is a more fine tune workflow than just adding a base color which is just a simple overlay so I wouldn't say it's super important, just more of a useful feature. Saves a trip to photoshop basically!

The rounded edges always look weird to me in preview . Even at a super low intensity . Will the rounded edges render out looking realistic and do they change width based on distance from the camera or no?

@@AshtonAime3D Good question, they come out realistic when rendered and if the radius is set low, too large and it'll look weird because its messing up the geo too much!
Looks to me like its based on geometry size not cam distance

Do you know how to make a looping animated seamless texture?

@@PD-ws4td Hm, if the texture were seamless could you plug it into a multimedia template? The you can play animated textures

@@andychristoforou I've never used this program before, but I'm looking for something that can do exactly this. I've got a cylinder that has a cloud texture that is looping around, but I want the clouds to be animated without breaking the seamlessness somehow.

@PD-ws4td yes exactly, check this video out, same concept ruclips.net/video/3S105yqe3OE/видео.html

@@andychristoforou Hmm, maybe I misunderstood the video, but that doesn't seem to do what I want it to. I want to create a texture which is animated and seamless that I can export onto the inside surface of a tube. It's supposed to be a tornado where you're looking inside the center of the twister from above.

@PD-ws4td Yeah that's the same technique you'd use.
