I love this! I think it's also worth noting that counselling is never going to be a bad thing. It can be uncomfortable sometimes, but talking out loud always helps even if it's just a one time thing to get your thoughts in order:)
Thanks for sharing this very important helpful information! Therapy has a way of staying with you, it maybe months or years since a session and you may find yourself in a challenging place, but some how your brain will recall something the therapist said and it brings you comfort. Great video! Amazing work! Thank you for finding us! ~Cara

Thank you, and absolutely! Talking and sharing heals. :)
Thank you for sharing. Take care
We need someone who can help us and in times like this. The last time I did counseling when I was in college. Very helpful though.
It truly makes all the difference sometimes! Thanks for watching!

Thanks so much for watching and yes, having someone professional to talk to really helped me out a lot in difficult times :)
I find that you're shining a lot more these days, even with a pandemic locking us up. Keep it up bro!
Thanks bro, I feel infinitely better than 2 years ago for sure :)

This might not have to do with the topic in the video, but language did you use to speak with your counselor?
I spoke English with her. I started seeing her during my 1.5 years living in the UK.
