    That Crosby on Climax No. 9 has got to be one of the most mesmerizing whistles I've ever heard. Sounds like Tweetsie No. 190 before her whistle was retuned. You outdid yourself with this one man!

    5:47 190 sound so much better with her Crosby repaired. Its amazing she's had that for over 50 years.

    4:58 by far one of the most iconic voices of of Southern Railway number 4501 is indeed this whistle right here the way it looks with that modified whistle valve rod and the way it sounds is just amazing

      @@RailfanDude610I agree. 4501 needs her original voice back. I would prefer if she got her original valve design back, along with the 45 degree cab-facing mounting position.

    An amazing video. My favorite whistles where the Shop build N&W Hooter on GMSR 1702, Crosby 3 Chime on Tweetsie 190 and the Reading 6 Chime on CSSR 2 and all the other CSSR whistles as well

    So, on that Ravenna manifold number 1, what whistle is number 8?? Sound like if on high pressure steam, it could sound like big boy 4011

    Have you been to the Great Lakes and see the ships up there? I know it's somewhat off topic but they do connect together.
