I’m new to the channel, but I am so happy to see more of the Culture repping for edc, home and self prep, and being a responsible family man. I also am shamelessly trying to get that WINGBACK
Good for you bro. Straight up. We have a 3 stacks of notebooks between her and I, just from ramblings, and we have a stack of note cards where we write grocery lists, ideas, songs to look up, daily agenda, etc etc. We prefer pens that 0.5 mm. 07 and 1.0 is too thick and anything less is kinda like a mechanical pencil.
just discovered you in the last couple of weeks and have been lovinfg the realness of your content, and how everything has to have a purpose, not just EDC for EDC sake. Also, thjat Wingback pen looks incredible.
Wingback! Most impactful for me is the new Olight Baton 4. I bikepack when I can and having a light with a case that can charge the light and my phone on multiday camping trips is awesome. It would be real cool if the add flash memory to the charging case, like a thumb drive. I wouldn't need the memory when camping, but I think it would be a cool addition.
Enjoy the channel. Two things: 1. Awhile back you showed your truck and was interested in how you set up the flashlight grab handle on the drivers side. 2. Wingback
A couple of cool items. Especially the olight. I think it was marketed to put on your dog's collar for night walks. But perfect for night hikes. Not sure that many of these could be classed as the "Most Impactful" though...
I've recently started following you after seeing a couple of your videos pop up. I enjoy your content and the WINGBACK pen looks really slick. Keep up the good work
Another great video filled with amazing gear! Thanks for sharing brother! That “wingback” pen would be amazing! And again you have me spending money. Ordered a few of these!
Just got my first edc pouch and gear because of your videos! I love the content and they are very helpful for a beginner in edc. A WINGBACK pen would be a great edition to my new edc setup! Keep up the great vids
Love the content. Definitely gonna look in the work tote. I always have a pen and have been looking into buying a big idea designs but I do like how the mechanism of the Wingback is. Love the content !!!!
Followed both accounts and that wingback pen looks incredible. I’ve been looking at every company you mentioned plus some, but havnt been able to pull the trigger.
I found your channel recently. You have a cool perspective on edc in general. To be honest I'll never own a WingBack pen. It'd be hard spending the money on it. But still very cool pen. Thank you for the great suggestions.
First I’m feeling the content and how real and honest you are about you actually carry with you much respect 🫡 2nd I’m a pen 🖊️ enthusiast and that wingback is fire!! Ima need that one lol!
Smolder is on point, I (and who the heck know how mnay others) helped Roaring Fire name it. Would love to add a "Wingback" pen to my carry! Keep up the great work!
Enjoying your content from across the pond,I've used olight pens and I have a stainless bastion pen ,but that wingback looks like it's engineered perfect ;-)
I have to admit, that Smoldering Pouch looks like one that I might have to add to my collection, which is beyond what I would ever need! Vet to Vet, that WINGBACK looks like the perfect WINGMAN (nod to my USAF Breth/Sisteren) when it comes to having a good writing utensil on deck.
Hey X, subscribed a couple of weeks ago and am enjoying your videos. There's a lot of good info/recommendations in them. I really liked the Wingback pen. Recently got an inexpensive OEM from Rite as Rain but have been looking at some more substantial orbs for EDC. Keep up the great content.
Wingback makes so many wonderful items. I waited a bit too long when their pens were on KS and missed the opportunity. Now... waiting for a nice sale or other opportunity to get one ;) The most important EDC in 2023? Small folding blades: Baby Banter and CJRB Mica. They just disappear in the fifth pocket but still they are super useful. And (to my surprise) a tote bag I bought some time ago crafted by Ancoats - I like backpacks, but carry this tote most of the time.
Another great video, X! Got me seriously thinking about Wingback now 🤔 One of the most impactful EDC tools of 2023 for me has to be the Gerber PrybridX or Gerber Prybrid. I use one or both of them almost every day.
I just got the Prybrid last week and it is amazing. Definitely tons of usefulness in such a small package. I’ll likely use it more than my folder once I get more used to having it in my pocket.
I carry 2 pens in my EDC - a little CRKT ballpoint for bombproof and a Lamy fountain pen for fancy. Sure would like to add a Wingback to the collection…
Truly enjoying your channel, and appreciate the time and passion you put into your product reviews. The Wingback Pen is such a stylish piece. Who wouldn’t want to add that to their daily carry?!? Happy holidays and even more success in the New Year!
Have really been enjoying your take on EDC. I personally care a titanium Bastion and love it, but the WINGBACK looks like an awesome addition to the pocket.
That Wingback pen looks real fine! I'd have to buy one if I won one, because 1 is none and 2 is 1! Might have to get a few of those Olight bulbs too. Would be great to have for riding my bike, day or night. The Type C USB has me sold! One cable to rule them all!
Just got into having a pen as part of my EDC.. I got a little mini olight pen that i've started using. The Wingback pen looks super nice and I'd rock it as part of my EDC most def!
A good bag is always awesome to find. Especially if it’s multifunctional and can serve more than one purpose. Multitools are easy to find. I multipurpose bag is not. Waxed canvas is king in my experience! Number one in a water resistance and durability combo!
You got me thinking about what do *I* carry and that--along with what you said about liking things that are made with/of leather has me pondering this: why don't EDC videos talk about belts? Maybe belts are somehow not a thing you carry to DO something with; they're more of a clothing item. But they're where my multitool rides every day (personally, I'm not a pocket carry guy for that sort of thing), so it's sort of a foundation item for EDC. As far as what to say about them, there are definitely good, real leather belts, and bad, cheap, fake leather belts. But there are some that are trying out new ideas for how they work, and maybe there are ideas for how to carry things in hidden parts of the belt, etc. Seems like something there to chat up and such...but also, pretty much whenever I have some lightbulb moment like this 'hey, what about belts?' thing, it turns out a million people have already been there and done that, so if that's the case, then never mind. :-)
Wingback. Just stumbled across your stuff…I like how you aren’t I have this and that even though we all know those types prob never use their stuff ever!! Thanks for keeping it real.
Streamlight is good, I get about 1 year out of their products. I'm on the Farm and use my flashlights multiple times a day, and they get heavy use. I switched back to Surefire and have never even had to have one touched by the Warranty. I know they are twice the price, but you get what you pay for sometimes. I've got a drawer full of Streamlights that need repaired/replaced, but only have 3 Surefires that are 10 plus years old, and still going strong
Nice and useful gear. I have a Smolder pouch on the way. My most useful EDC gear has been the Streamlight Wedge, fingernail clippers and a Leatherman ARC multitool. I also love field watches and often wear a Hamilton Khaki Automatic.
Love the channel! as a mechanic and father of 3 i carry or have in rotation 1. Glock 19 Gen 5 MOS 9mm 2. Spyderco Para 3 3. Minimalist Leather Wallet 4. Snap-On Tools Pocket Pry Bar ( Yes it gets used on a daily basis ) PT# PBMS5 $16.00 5. Streamlight Stylus Pro USB Rechargeable for Pocket or occasionally Olight Warrior Mini 2 in Coyote 6. Streamlight Stinger 2020 for Work 7. Pilot G2 Black and Blue Pens 8. Black or Blue Sharpie Marker 9. Zippo Lighter Now i do have other gear for tech and blah blah blah in my backpack but thats whats usually on me most the day everyday... I do have KNIPEX PC6 ( Great for work but...) Zero use outside of work thus far i seen Zak in the Wilds YT Channel and got a pair figured theyd see alot of use as a father of 3, mechanic, outdoorsman, and EDC Hobbyist ive used ONE TIME outside of work lol and they were used to hold my joint... So as an EDC Item to me they are a piece of steel in my pocket i dont need so they are retired to my backpack bc i do not have a leatherman currently.

I like the 'most impactful' concept, not just 'fav' and the stories help people determine that YMMV applicability in their world. Thanks for sharing!
Wingback pens are nice. I always appreciate your videos. It helps sift through some really cool EDC items.
I’ve really come to enjoy writing with a great pen. No gloppy ink and feels good in hand. This WINGBACK looks like a beautiful one that I’d enjoy.

I've thought about getting a nice pencil. That Wingback would put me ahead. I want to get back into sketching so thanks for the opportunity 🙏
Enjoy the channel. Two things: 1. Awhile back you showed your truck and was interested in how you set up the flashlight grab handle on the drivers side. 2. Wingback
That Wingback pen is nice! I love everything, Olight, and I just bought that Esker Wallet. I can't wait to get it.
A couple of cool items. Especially the olight. I think it was marketed to put on your dog's collar for night walks. But perfect for night hikes. Not sure that many of these could be classed as the "Most Impactful" though...
That wingback pen would be nice to use for my gratitude journal

Love the content. Definitely gonna look in the work tote. I always have a pen and have been looking into buying a big idea designs but I do like how the mechanism of the Wingback is. Love the content !!!!
Nice mix of EDC, another enjoyable video ,Liking the wingback pen also.
I use the little gober too, mostly the red mode when I want a softer light to preserve night vision. That Wingback pen looks sweet
What refill does the WINGBACK pen use? Love the twisting mechanism!
I’m in the process of increasing my journaling so the wingback would be a great addition.
Great video as usual! I'm still trying to figure out my pouch situation for EDC. Keep up the good work!
Oh ...and WINGBACK
Great Video X I'm loving the Wingback wallet that I won I'm looking at getting their key system and the cache soon.

Enjoying your content from across the pond,I've used olight pens and I have a stainless bastion pen ,but that wingback looks like it's engineered perfect ;-)
@MarineX what do you think of the grip6 wallet?
I have to admit, that Smoldering Pouch looks like one that I might have to add to my collection, which is beyond what I would ever need! Vet to Vet, that WINGBACK looks like the perfect WINGMAN (nod to my USAF Breth/Sisteren) when it comes to having a good writing utensil on deck.
Great video, always goo do see what people actually use! And thank you for the introduction to Wingback, a new company to me.
Gotta get that smolder pouch. Wingback looks rad too
Love that Wingback pen. I also love your video style, great gadgets, thanks!
Marine_X I agree with you on the pen clip not being on a pen. The wingback is sharp looking. Love your content.
I haven’t gone down the edc pen rabbit hole, but that wingback pen looks pretty sweet!
Glad I discovered your channel. Excellent presentation style.
Love the look of the Wingback pens. I actually think the plain silver finish is fire.
That wingback does look nice. Currently just rocking a slim bolt action TT pen daily
That tiny knife was pretty nice. I always enjoy your content. That wingback pen looks next level
The pocket clip on the wedge is compatible with Benchmade bugout clips I customed mine with an extra blue TI clip I had leftover from a bugout mod.
Awesome video, and thabks for introducing me to wingback. I wasnt aware.

I just got the Prybrid last week and it is amazing. Definitely tons of usefulness in such a small package. I’ll likely use it more than my folder once I get more used to having it in my pocket.
I request you to please check Lever Gear Edge XT Utility Blade Multitool which is much thinner than Prybrid with equal functionality
I carry 2 pens in my EDC - a little CRKT ballpoint for bombproof and a Lamy fountain pen for fancy. Sure would like to add a Wingback to the collection…
The WINGBACK pen 🖊️ looks sweet 👌🏼
