I mean I as someone who worked as a cashier its easier and more efficient to work standing up also more respectful although there's a chair I can rest on and that's probably what he meant
It depends. Edeka now has typically one or two cashier stations, where the person is not sitting. Sometimes they are provided a kind of rest, but not that typical office chair they normally have. I guess they want to generate that "Tante Emma" feeling of a big counter where you get your goods handed by an old lady. Well, when they introduced that concept some time ago, they had the cashier ask the customer if they needed anything else. (What a stupid question in a super market.)
@@EinChris75 Astonishing. And stupid too. To ask clients at the end of the shopping process while they are paying if they want something else could truely win a price for stupidity. And I am happy I never saw cashiers at EDEKA standing here. Because this is complete senseless too. ONLY reason that would be a good one would be if the cashiers change the places after a while, so that they also don't have to sit all day long, because this also is unhealthy.

Not very likely, with a MA in biology you need to do 1.5 years special teachers' training afterwards - and you need a second subject. You might be able to teach as a substitute teacher at a private school, though.
@@mrmedicinae0605 There are no paid tutors at a German high school. You might be able to offer your services privately or at a private tutoring school (Nachhilfeschule). However, biology is usually not a subject which is sought after - and you would need to be fluent in German. (Typical subjects for tutoring are Maths, English (or French, Spanish, Italian, maybe Latin) and German.
Hi max can you please make a video on dual study bachelor programs like when to start applying after one year of bachelor in home country we should apply to companies directly by searching on the companies website or we should apply through the University
can I apply for IT related jobs like software engineer or web developer in big companies for full time or part time, if I have a good portfolio and experience but I have a different major other than computer science?
It will be 12,82€ starting in 2025. Net depends on how much you earn annually as German taxes are progressive. If it's less than 12.000€, you don't have to pay any income tax at all.

Although I agree with the ranking of S and A levels, I think other parts should have been ranked diffrently. Working in a supermarket or beeing a delivery rider can have a negative impact on your CV, as it can mean that you could not get a job related to your subject because you are not good at it, so you had to work in a supermarket. On the other hand, freelancing can be very beneficial for your future, especially if it is related to your subjects. A friend of mine has 2 3D printers and sells parts that he has designed. He can show on his CV that he was active in his subjects outside of university and was able to organise everything himself. This experience could make freelance work possible as a class A or B student job.
