I know you have some questions after this, and I want to answer them. Believe me, I truly do. But not here, not on a platform where it's available to anyone, anywhere. So in the next day or two I'm going to create a Patreon-only video explaining things deeper. I'll post a link here in the comments, on the community tab, etc. in case you're interested. Or if you'd like to sign up for free and get notified ... 🎉 unplanned.life And honestly, a lot of what I think I'll be sharing has a huge impact on the channel. Because I need to start being completely open about everything. It matters to both of us.
Condolences Rick. I lost my mother this March. She had a relatively long life but it makes the grief no less. The thing is I am not the middle aged adult dealing with the loss but feel like a 10 year old boy longing for his mummy who is now gone. 7 months later I get on with things but the child within me still longs for his mother. We just take a day at a time.
Losing family members is tough, and judging the people by the way they grieve is ignorant. Do what you need to do. Wisdom comes from experience, so sharing your life is equivalent to sharing your wisdom. It is an act of kindness.
Regrets suck. You can't change the past. You can try to ignore and honestly some can. I think the more human of us can't. Stay human and keep on keeping on. P n D
4:10ish You are not refusing to go. If you could, I'm sure you would. You are on the other side of the world, trying the best you can. Funerals are for the living. You can have another one when you get back home. She's with you, she's in your heart, talk to her. ❤
Rick, I am truly sorry for your loss, but know Lucy is with you no matter where you are. Thanks for sharing your honesty and your feelings. That takes courage. Stay strong my friend.

My deepest sympathy. Please don’t beat yourself up for not going. She knew you loved her and that is what matters.
Thank you. I'm trying to learn not to over analyze things. It might even be working. (Maybe LOL)
I wish you well, you are sincere and hurting. Life is all about suffering gladly.
