Excellent job at breaking down such an absurdly complex topic into 16 minutes. The video came together really well and gives a good start-to-finish look at case manufacturing.
Gamers Nexus stamp-of-approval lol
When I say mine I mean we haven't signed the contract yet lol and it's for my mum actually.
There's just so many hiccups and time pressure. It's our first brand new car you see.
The latest hiccup I shouldn't have mentioned me mum has concession
now I have to find out how it works with Pensioner's discount on the new

Spec number as in the minor reiterations and improvments over the

Agreed the new gen RAV looks too edgy for me, I guess it could grow on you over time though,
We love everything about the current RAV4!! except why the gear knob doesn't have the leather covering, yet the handbrake does!
CHR looks bit better than new gen RAV, but yess essentially
CHR = Corolla hatch on stilts, room in the back sucks
You're so great man.So is your channel.
If you guys thought this is arduous work, you haven't seen when it goes low volume with minimum tool investments.
Respect for those workers. This was a fun experience
I wonder how much money they are making on a weekly basis. That would be my dream job.
Juan Gonzalez lol. Youre fuckin insane. Repetitive manual labor is hard and makes minimum salary.
@@JuanGonzalez-hv6vs Probably like 30 cents an
hour over there and no you don't. Warehouse work in America is nothing compared to what these people have to deal with.
@@blaaaaaaaa2017 So...do you know anything about Jaun and his situation? .This would be a dream job for millions of the world's population. It seems that calling Juan fuckin' insane is a bit fuckin' arrogant.
one month can get 2000-3000RMB(8 hours working),if have over time can get 5000-6000rmb/month,
Cool, I didn't know how much work went into case manufacturing!
There is much more, like the company that mined the aluminum, shipped the raw aluminium to the smelting factory, then shipped it to cooler master in a gaint roll, paid for gas, truck, truck insurance, repairs, parts, workers and maybe health benefits, insurance, uniforms. Etc. In both factories. And there's much more.
It's a bit weird how run down and dirty these factories look though
Still too easy to brake
@@southbronxny5727 Exactly! This video just scratches the surface: ruclips.net/video/IYO3tOqDISE/видео.html
@@Mr_Higgs A factory cleans to a level that ensures safety and product quality..I wouldn't expect cleanroom technology in a factory like this, nor would I expect an integrated circuit facility ti have anything less than ISO Class 1 cleanroom standards.

I'm loving these "how it's made" videos from you and Steve. It's very enlightening.
This was great. Watched your video and Steve's. Completely different styles with both being needed. Thanks for the collaboration between you guys.
I never thought that PC case manufacturing is as complex as that. It even includes robotics which are commonly used in the manufacture of more complex machines such as automobiles. Good job people.
Great video! It’s so easy for us to forget how much planning effort and work it takes to design and manufacture all these products we can just order up in a few clicks on Amazon or some other place. Would love to see more of this kind of video on how things are actually produced.
this is fascinating to see, love watching assembly lines on how products are made. cool stuff.
Wow! It's really interesting how cases are made, thanks for this Brian, you did a great job with all the information and detail.
6:50 The flame color in such a torch is due to what's burning, not to temperature. Blue is butane, orange would be propane.

Excellent job from both of you with this massive collab of videos!
Great Job Brian, Thank you so much for this type of content. We the viewer's get just a small sample of how it happens. Great job
This is great, Brian! I’m glad you got this opportunity.
You deserve a hell lot of more subscribers sir. Quality content is always good!
Great video Brian, would love to see more of these types of videos in the future!
I like the look of the new cases and they look better than some of the older ones I made computers from years ago. The process of the building of the cases was interesting and impressed me with the improved quality control they have in the plant. Thanks for sharing this information with us all.
As a mechanical engineer who has designed stamping tooling this is an interesting explanation from a different perspective.
I'm interested in making my own PC case from scratch. I was wondering if you know how meshes are made into sheet metal for the case fans. And how would I go about it doing it by hand?
Fantastic coverage, Brian. Really enjoying yours & Steve's factory tours.
Steve/GN's videos where not as good as this one, GN dosnt show lots of steps this was more in depth in my opinion
Wow, very cool to watch. Thanks Brian!
I remember watching when you were only around 19K subs! Amazing to see that you've broken 100K so early. You deserve it!
That's some serious manufacturing! Good thing you did video last year instead of the same time this year!
very good, takes me back to where i started, fresh out of high school, I worked in a factory in NYC that made filters for the big commercial A/C units that are used in the buildings in NYC. at first on the production line then moved up to Maintenance Technician then to Machinist till I went back to school and started working on computers :)
Really awesome. Gives you a better sense of why cases vary so much in price.
Fascinating detailed video...well done & thanks!
1:30 Oooh, love me some walking beam transfer action!
Amazing what goes into something you wouldnt think of as such a complex process, for a p.c. case! Thanks
thank you so much for making this video, i am able to explain the process of sheet metal of a Pc casing/housing with added value as the assembly part.
Wow, that was really eye opening Brian. Thank you for the truly excellent video! Wow.
Thank you for this. We need more vids like this! 👍🏻
This was a very eye opening and fun video.................Thanks dude !
I just learned of your channel you have some amazing work here, wish i learned of you before finishing my first loop, good work!

We need a hybrid incentive in Aus. Californian's get like 10grand off
any EV's. We should try get it going before it's too late...they make
enough off us with the luxury car tax to compensate for it.
great video i loooove how its made type videos that i never get to see how they are built and things that i am interested in. great job for sure and thank you for the work you put on making this video for us. ;-)
that was a cool video man. not too complicated. cool looking case too
thank these workers for their time to make some great cases
Amazing insight Brian. Well presented. 👍🏼
This was interesting ty for this,Quite a lot going on behind the scene.
That was genuinely interesting! Thanks for this video.
Appreciate the hard work from the employees
like how you made a boring vid of assembly line into something fun to watch & educate us about the process at the same time
Cool! Great video! I wish I could see what went into making my C700M! Some parts on the one in this video look similar, but there's still several differences. Cooler Master does some really high quality work!
Me too..i was hoping its was c700m
BPS Customs: *has a fractal design case ad for a cooler master case making video.
Cooler master: Am I a joke to you
Rrp and campaign pricing are different. Even reading the ts and cs says that its on paying full price.
Feel free to find out guys, but u wont know your interest rate till
after you buy the car, so you might not be in the position to actually
get the 2.9%!
To the OP, are you a car salesman or Business Manager? What im
getting at, is can u legally talk about finance? 1 can and 1 cant, what
category are you in?
One of the very few (literally 0) 16 minutes videos that I watched entirely without skipping!
Good WATCH EXPERIENCE!
Haha, that was _actually_ very cool to watch! Thank you! 👍👍
Nice video I enjoyed it.
I found it interesting one of the last assemblers whom task is to just put a plastic bag on the case, indeed a very very hard task!
Too cool. Thank you. Great video.
This looks amazing!
Nice to see how its made
Always enjoy watching this type of content. It surprises me to see that none of the workers are wearing eye protection.
I knew that production was not easy, but I didn’t assume that it was such a long and difficult process)) that’s why such a price)) Thank you for the video
Unfortunate how alot of people really don't know how things are made from start to finish. Great info. Thanks!!!!
i know this will be difficult but this would be an amazing series!
As making PC case is sooo complex, labor & capital intensive ; its fair for Cooler Master to command higher price. Thank you for sharing. Its very inspiring.
What a big surprise. 😀
Thanks a lot BPS Customs to show me how Cooler Master assembly my new case, which I ordered Today.
Great job mate, I really appreciat. 👍🏻🙂
Excellent video! Thanks.
This was awesome thank you
Corsair Carbide. The tooling aspect makes the Carbide line, with tons of cases having exact internals, make a lot more sense. Other case lines have a similar thing going on but the Carbide in particular comes to mind because of the amount of cases in the line up.
I love the fractal ad on the coolermaster tour
Good move, Cooler Master, seeing how it's made makes me want to buy one. Oh wait... I've already got several 😁👍
cool video THX BPS Customs...
It’s amazing some cases are sold so cheap when it can cost so much for manufacturing.
Cool video, I've always like Cooler Master cases. Now I know why.
NIce one man,at least i saw where my Master Case was made :D
that's some hard work.
Quite impressive!!!
Give this man a million subscribers
footage around 4:13, watching the arms move a piece from one press onto another. my first thought is Factorio in a nutshell. whole game is based around multiple assembly machines making a single product, then an arm/belt moving that product to another machine to make something else
superb ..... that trouble tho! , Must appreciate the efforts taken towards making a case.
amazing vid!! thanks 4 share
Great video!
When was the part where the case gets a static charge on it, that always shocks you when you take it out of the box?
wooow, now I love my 15years old HAF 932 even more!
Awesome vid & just subscribed 👍👍
The good thing about these videos is that you get to see how the pieces are snaped together, so that you can fiddle around with them more easily if you need to do any modding. Good stuff!
But.......where's the DVD drive bay?
Most newer cases don't have them anymore. Instead there is often either nothing or another fan slot on the front.
so it goes through the build process then the packaging and once it's packaged it goes back to the assembly line? Makes perfect sense.
Neat case. Process is about what I thought. Lots of work.
Wow! That was so interesting!
here from GN thanks for the coverage.
Fantastic video. This is the very case that I am considering for my next build, so it was doubly informative. Did you hear anything while there about the black version of the SL600M which is due out at some point this year?
Excellent video. I always wandered what China’s sweat shops looked like, now I know. Actually same thing over here. I go to lots of these type metals manufacturers around the country where automotive parts are stamped out and it’s interesting but not something I could see myself doing for long. Always has the same smell of metal burning in the air and it gets all over your cloths and into your pores. Lots of employees and shift work atmosphere going on. Im a Truck Driver with a Gaming PC in my Truck. I use a large Hot Spot WiFi device from TMobil , 2080Ti , 10900K in a small case. It Rocks and I can game every time I stop. It’s made trucking so much more fun.
Very interesting video, thx 4 sharing !
the factory is understatement
Quality content. Thx
what fascinates me is how the assemble line was designed and how are all the workers trained to carry out their jobs!
Fantastic
impressive. thanks
This is how my case was made fascinating
This was nice.
super happy to see the process but i need to know how many minutes the process take start to finish?
Juste THANK YOU 👏👏👏
0:06 your thumbnail 😆
I will be manufacturing engineer, and I am learning so much with this
Good luck
This is very cool video.
Ad is excellent
cool video wow this was very interesting, if you get the chance to do other pc parts that would be cool!
Interesting video. I just used a Cooler Master H500M for my build. But when they snapped on the top panel, they broke one of the tabs. Wonder if it was one of the workers in the video? Where was QC for my case lol...
Man I spent 30 years as a Tool & Die maker and you sure don't know a thing about the terminology but keep going 99.99% of those watching won't know the difference. OH the wire cutting you refer to is WIRE EDM Electro Discharge Machining. All In all great job and very through.
HoundDogMech and this why everyone including your family members hate you.
@7:27, If you notice close enough, about half of those panels will not be inspected by QC whereas the other half will be. That explains why there's a mixed perception on cheap labor. You can replace machines, but you can't replace humans.
Just a quick comment to let you know that the algorithm finally took a break from showing me what happens if you eat Flex Seal so that I could watch some classic BPS Customs content without having to hunt it down. I still love this walkthrough of the CM lines
11:00 my next case! funny to see it that way...
