Cybernetic Fusion Support is actually good card in Duel Links, not for that suicidal reason. In duel link, zane have skill that can summon proto cyber dragon for every 1k LP he lose, so by using cybernetic fusion support, he instantly gain 2 proto cyber dragon. Not to mention this card have synergy with cyberload fusion, because cyberload fusion can use banish zone to fusion summon

Dark Magic Curtain actually saw a bit of play recently for a similar reason. It was a lot more of a gimmick, but combined with the skill Titan's Showdown it was just a 1 card OTK, albeit a fragile one.
Hercules saw some play too, but for an even less relevant reason; in one PvE event the opponent had such unreasonably high LP that no normal strategy made even a dent, but if you donated Hurcules the AI would activate its effect every turn which outpaced pretty much every other option.

It was just a splash card because I also had Malefic Stardust Dragon. Note for dark magic curtain and cybernetic fusion support: they do see a little of competitive play in the decks they were desingned for in duel links, and thats because both of said decks run skills that require lp to be used, cyber dragons have cyber style, wich lets you special summon a proto cyberdragons for every 1000lp you lost in that game, also its searchable by cyber dragon core.
Dark magician some times runs destiny draw, which lets you draw ANY card in you deck during your phase if you lost 2000 or more lp that game, also can be used for a quick banish if dark magical circle is on the field.

The effect he described for "Philosopher's Stone - Sabatiel" is very different than the effect shown in the picture.
He said you can banish 3 copies of it from the GY to increase the Atk of a monster by the Atk of the highest Atk monster on the field. The picture says that after the card's effect has been used 3 times, you can multiply the Atk of one monster you control by the number of monsters your opponent controls.

@@Birginio420 i actually think that the once per duel thing is the first effect, where you can shuffle it back into you deck and get it, if winged kuriboh is destroyed. After winged kuriboh is destroyed you are allowed to activate the other effect where you can add 1 card from your deck or GY to your hand. Dont know if this is correct, but it actually could be the right thing D: xD

I'm usually less excited by "worst" lists because they often end in old outdated cards that aren't at all relevant to modern design, but this one is a pleasant surprise! Lots of stuff I had never heard of but that also kind of made sense in its own context. Keep digging Mr DuelLogs! :-)

Duel Links is interesting in that the low life points and quick play speed make several of these cards actually pretty viable. Also paying half your life points is slightly more usable in low life point game than say 1000 life points as it can still be used after dropping below 1000

Cybernetic Fusion Support actually has a more legitimate use in Duel Links where it can be paired with Zane's Cyber Style skill to help set up your Life Points for its use. Zane's Cyber Style plays 1 Proto-Cyber Dragon for every 1000 LP you've lost (below 4000). Using it with that skill gives you the potential to bring out one of the bigger Cyber Dragon fusions without actually needing monsters.

So if your opponent had 5 monsters and you used this on a 500 Atk beat, it's attack would go up to 2500 (500x5).

I play a "SpeedRoid-Roid-Symphonic Warrior" deck that uses the GY effect of mixeroid only to summon Pair Cycroid (banishing 5 monsters is not that bad neither difficult) to fusion summon them Mobile base with it. That way I can use just 1 fusion card (Vehicroid Connection Zone, actually good) to jump the "2 fusion" requirements.
Summoning Pair Cycroid this way is also a good way to have 1 of 2 Level 5 Machine monsters to make Cyber Dragon Infinity. Also, some speedroid support interact with the banish pile and can fill the GY pretty fast.
If roids had a Level 2~3 Fusion monster, it would be even better stepping stone to reach mobile base.
Everything I said it is not in a competitive level, but works for me.

I’m not sure why because I don’t play cyber dragon at all, but I think it’s because there’s a skill called cyber dragon that has an effect when you lost life points, and it lets you summon cyber dragons, it’s probably good for that, since it basically gives you fusion materials as well as help fuse them

You must of filmed this before the new Darklord support was announced cause they got 2 new level 4s and one of them Darklord of Pleasure ss your opponent a Darklord from your deck making it much easier to activate Descent although not good enough that it'd be knocked off this list in my opinion. Darklord Descent is still garbage even if it’s “easier” to activate.
if you attempt to use pleasure to trigger this card in the same turn, then it’s either level 3, 4, or 8 you must go for.
Since out of the high level darklords, only Superbia and Zerato can be S.S more than once per turn. Use any other darklord and that level is dead for Darklord Descent that turn.
This is without going into the fact that Darklords copy effects are hard once per turn, and extra deck monsters without levels ( XYZ, Links) are a thing.
Thank god the new support cards aren’t anywhere close to useless like Darklord Descent is.

Not only does its second effect just say 'that card's effect becomes this effect', which seems to me like it would just straight up clone the effect with its summoning restriction applied, but Anaconda's second effect ITSELF has a summoning restriction. I'm just getting back into the game and getting my head around the new effects and such, so I think I'm gonna need this explaining. I've gone over the card text three times and I still can't see how it would bypass any summoning restrictions. To me it reads as if copying Red-Eyes Fusion with PVA will lock you out of both normal and special summons for the rest of the turn.

It was used by Juudai(Jaden) in his battle against the Sacred Beasts, which as ostensibly more powerful in the anime universe.
