I remember I used to want glasses soooo bad so I kept saying to my parents I don’t think I can see up close as a lie and one day we went to dollar tree and I had 2 dollars, I saw the non prescription glasses rack so you wanna know what I did?!

I mean nothing is really that blurry or anything but when Its about a few feet away like looking at a digital clock on the stove and text on the tv, its blurry around the numbers and letters. Even when I look at outside far away I can see the bigger signs but smaller signs are hard to see.

When I first got glasses, I couldn't really see but my doctor didn't believe me. He said I was "lying" and that I just "wanted" glasses. So.. I got the glasses but I never wore them because my mom always told me that the doctor knows best. Little did my mom and I know... my eyesight gradually got worse and now I need a WAY stronger prescription. :)

SAMEE, the autorefractor machine just didn’t match what I said I could and couldn’t see and then the doctor told me that I was just faking it. Some years later I got a worst eyesight and now I need them to do everything😃

I used to and still want glasses because I grew up in a family where my mum,my older brother and my older sister had glasses. As my best friends also had them i tried long and hard to get then. I remeber being like 4 and making glasses out of pipecleaners and I wore them everyday and a Ted like they were real.

I got my eye exam done today 5/17/21 doctor said I had healthy eyes but near sighted the hardest part was reading the letters at the begging because I couldn’t read any of them until the doctor put the machine on
Sadly I’ve just been insecure about myself. I’ve been tryna fake since 1st grade :(. I tried to fail my eye exams. When all my friends started needing them, I got jealous af. I would prAy every night and I still do but my happy ending doesn’t exist. Like I said, I’m so insecure and its been this way for years. I’m scared to ask for fake ones because I feel like my mom will just get mad at me.

It’s these phones, tablets, and computers. The eye doctor told me this yesterday. I ended up getting classes that have protection against computer screens so that my vision doesn’t get worse. 🤦🏽♀️ I’m nearsighted with slight astigmatism in one eye.

I come from a generation of people with bad eyes. Mum, grampa, my aunt, my eye turns in without glasses
I wanted to have glasses since my eyesight is poor, even up front of the tv screen all I can see is blurred things, I have managed to survive 3 years of not wearing glasses, in our class i'm also at the back. I don't have glasses, why? It's because my mom's parents would kick us out if they knew and would be nagging at my mom for being irresponsible. Guys, I want to be able to see things clearly again, I suppose anyone of you suggest how to avoid my mom's parents doing this? I thought that maybe I could save some money and go out with my friends to buy contact lens the same color as my eyes, and my super trusted friend would keep the contact lens with her and i'll just wear it at school, but the problem is, my mom wouldn't let me go out on my own and I am too scared to go out on my own with friends since I have adapted to never go out on my own, since i'm scared of being kidnapped or raped 'cause they say I have a pretty face, large chest proportion, and i'm whitish-brownish. WHAT DO I DO THEN??? PLEASE HELP ME, I DO NOT WANT ANY MONEY, If that's what you're concluding that I want. Thank you for reading this, hope you have a good day. I thought my eyes were too perfect for glasses but when I went to the I eye doctor they said I need glasses and I was like woah...What?? And then he put this lens in front of my eyes that made the yellow stained looking screen with skinny double letters turn white with thick sharp letters and I was like wow seriously. And turns out I have astigmatism and need glasses. 😜😊🤓👓👓👓

Lol its appended the same thing to me because I always wish that I had glasses but I know that I have a "perfect" vision but than one day I got the the eyes doctor to check my eyes and I was like: I know I don’t need glasses but want to pass the test anyway.. and after passing the test I was so surprised and existed because the doctor just said to me that I do need glasses to see things far away and now I wear glasses. I think this was the greatest day of mah life😂
