Alice Pack Modification Quick Release Buckle Straps

In said video i demonstrate how i have modified my large alice pack to have custom quick release buckle straps, opposed to the painfully time consuming stock adjustable straps. hope this helps good luck!

Google Molle ii repair buckle kit. NSN # 8465-01-465-2080. No need to sew anything. Kit comes with four 1” buckles. Two 1” ladder locks and one 2” Monster side release buckle. After that I’d buy some Fastex buckles for the rest of the pack if needed
