    This was so helpful. There are no resources about how to handle a professors job! I’m require to have teaching research and service with teaching being weighted higher. I have been so frustrated because I feel I can’t seem to knock down the “urgent to do” for teaching or from other faculty. And my personal priorities for work are so neglected.

    Thank you... I am a junior academic with attention issues. Can't hardly focus on a task very long. Time management is still a struggle. Hopefully I can survive 😵‍💫
