I wouldn't really call of lot of these "Lovecraft games" more games with aesthetics and stories based on certain Lovecraftian elements. (i.e. freaky looking enemies and locations)

Soon as I see weapons, I know it's completely ignoring 90% of the source material. The works of Lovecraft and Chambers were about average people trying to lead normal lives until something makes them realise the world isn't what they think it is.

Hahaha last game is unreal engine 4, why would any game Dev do that to themselves.
Unreal 5 or don't bother.

Netherealm used it for mk1, and it shows, the game looks rough. I agree devs should be using the latest tech.
