Hi, on my Mercedes keep showing me the error : “sos inoperative”. I don’t have that installed on my car. Do you have any idea how to reset it?

Gotta call mercedes and subscribe to their service otherwise it will do that each time you start the car.
It’s annoying as hell.
Just cancel it and ignore it.....or subscribe to their service.

I followed your instructions but I still can't reset. I got to "Assyst plus" screen but it just goes to screen that says, "Service A over 5100 miles". How do i get past this screen?

@@zmmotors1 The message says, "Service A exceeds 5100 miles" I have 2014 E350 4 matic with push-button ignition. No probelem getting to "Assyst plus" screen.

@@ladiesinprofit never figured it out. I have changed the oil again since the interval is over 13k miles. I should be changing the oil again in a couple 1000 miles. I will try again so I will keep you posted if I finally get a successful outcome.

I did press phone 📞 than ok. doesn’t work 🤣
Looks like it can only use keys, not keyless ones
