Pediatricians say they can start food at 4 months. But only stage one foods and they should be on that one particular fruit or vegetable for at least 3 days straight to make sure they aren’t allergic. They can have plums, bananas, peaches, apples, bananas, broccoli, carrots, peas, sweet potatoes (there are a couple more). Of course if your baby is starting food at 4 months they need to be properly ready. Three signs of being ready to start solids is; being able to hold their head up, know how to open their mouth when you put the spoon near it and actually eats the food. If you need to force the spoon into a babies mouth or they constantly spit the food out they’re not ready to start foods. There are some other factors that play into it as well, it’s not just motor skills. You can look it up though. Plus you can always ask your babies pediatrician when they think you should introduce solids. I started introducing solids to my son this month about 2 weeks ago and he is now 5 months. So at about 4 1/2 months but he was more than ready to start. He’s been ready. I just delayed it because he had a total tongue tie so he was unable to move his tongue to even push his food to the back of his mouth (he had a lot of problems formula feeding as well) so I waited till after his surgery and after he healed to start solids.
@@amyr9230 hi, thanks for the reply. Didn't your son get constipated when you started at 4 months?. My son seems ready and he's a big but I'm really afraid of constipation. I don't want to put my baby through that
Yes u can introduce it..in porridge prepared by adding water..just avoid mixing it with the one u prepare with milk as plum is little sour fruit n it may split the milk. Thanks for watching the video!😊
Thanks for the feedback!..I hv shown steam method too n in other method take care to hv closed lid n not discarded anything to keep nutrition within..its not recommended to boil food in excess water leading to nutrition loss as u said🙂

one year k baby ko steem k bagair de sakte hain??
De sakte hain par plum bilkul ache se paka/ ripe hona chahiye aur meetha bhi..tab aap aasani se use mash kar payenge aur baby ko khatta nahi lagega🙂
