Omg I am super excited to share this video with you guys today because Zamami Island was simply stunning 😍 I hope you get to enjoy this chill vlog ft. Tokyo Foodie Mama!
Japan has so many diverse climates. No wonder domestic travel is so popular as you can experience the north with the ice and cold and the south with the tropical weather all in one country. The water and sky in Zamami island is breathtaking. Thanks for sharing!
I totally agree with you! It's different from other parts of Japan but is still Japan 😊 That's probably why a lot of people LOVE Okinawa (including myself!)
Thank you so much for this awesome video! Planning a trip to Okinawa in a few months and have definitely added Zamami Island to our itinerary! And we love how Tokyo Foodie Mama accompanies you on your travels! Thank you and God Bless!
WOW! I know you already mentioned it Sarah, but OMG! That water!😮and the sky too! Such a stunning location! Okinawa is looking good on you! "There's a bonito swimming around in there, YUM!" almost made me spit out my coffee!! Soo funny Great to see you both having such a good time!
While I like your Top ____ things to do in a place, these vlog style videos are my favorite! They are so relaxing and informative and give a great idea of what someone could expect to be able to do and see in a single day or a couple of days. What a beautiful location!
Sarah this is a good new video on the Island. I love that you are showing us new locations around the country of Japan. Zamami Island is so beautiful. Sarah how many days did you stay in Zamami Island?
So fun, I'm from Denmark as well like the lady you met and was also on Zamami Island when I went to Japan last summer! I didn't go glass kayaking though, but looks really fun to do. And when the water is 27 degrees hot you're not really afraid of falling in! lol I went with the "slow boat" from Naha that took 2 hours and had to get back same day sadly. When I was there I wished I booked at least one or two hotel stays, even though it was like 33 degrees and humid af (never got used to the heat lol) I really loved the island.
Hi Sarah! Amazing video! Super informative and very pretty shots of the island. New subscriber here! I'm planning a trip and would like to visit in September. Would you say September is a good month to visit weather-wise? I mostly want to be on the beach and do water activities. Thank you! 🤗
Hi :) Sorry I'm late. But... because of your video I've decided to go to Zamami Island in June! I am so excited. I'm staying at a home stay there. Where did you book your kayaking tour?
Your travel vlog always feels like a mini vacation for me! Your passion for exploration is so contagious. Just curious, have you checked out the new v4 Bento Bag and the Ikigai Backpack by NomadLane? They're generating quite a buzz and could be your perfect travel companions.
I checked Noah's blog (the snorkeling tour) and they were operating in the winter last year! It seems like you can rent wet suits in the winter. Hotels seem to be open too! From December to April, you can go for whale watching in Zamami so that would be a fun time to visit!
Hi, loved you video ! Wanted to know at what beach where you when you did glass kayak pls ? (Sorry if you’ve said it in the video, I just didn’t found the info 😭) thank youuuu
Tokyo Foodie Mama is not an "Alkie" 🤣 That looks like a completely appropriate number of drinks for a quiet evening in while away. The question though is does TFM get as red as TFS when drinking? 😁
9:49 I love how you desperately wish for TokyoFoodieMama to decline your offer to share your precious Okinawa ice cream. I mean, it tastes coconut after all, which she dislikes anyway. 😅

You're right! Plus the food is different in all prefectures so that's also something nice 😊
very fun
Thank you for this amazing video. What a beautiful place, and to swim with sea turtles, amazing.
It was beautiful 🥹
Great video! 🎌
Thank you so much for these vids! I went to the main Zamami Island in 2017 but I am looking forward to checking out Aka Island! Cheers!
Okinawa seems to me like heaven! Different from the usual Japan we are shown but it's still Japan! Love it!

Sarah

Sarah this is a good new video on the Island. I love that you are showing us new locations around the country of Japan. Zamami Island is so beautiful. Sarah how many days did you stay in Zamami Island?
I only stayed for a day! The initial plan was to stay there for a day and a half but we had to leave early because of bad weather 😢
@@TokyoFoodieSarah Sorry you had to leave the Island, because of the bad weather. So glad you enjoyed your trip.
Gypsy Court is my kind of lunch spot. love the vibe,

Hi loved the video! Quick question, did you see people bringing suitcases onto the ferry?
Yup! My mum and I brought big-ish suitcases on both Queen Zamami and the Mitsushima ferries!
Hello is November a good time to visit? I want to swim! Love the video ❤

Sarah, do you know if hotels, restaurants and group tours shut down in winter, for example February? Thank you for the excellent video!

Do you have a link to the glass bottom kayak tour? I cannot find it 😕
Is the ocean water warm or cold?
❤❤❤❤

Hahaha you know I was kidding 😂 She wasn't even tipsy because she is a heavy weight lol
She doesn't get red at all and I'm jealous 😑
@@TokyoFoodieSarahAll in loving fun. 😍Next time I'm heading there I'd love some tips from Tokyo Foodie Momma on the best local drinks.
hello Sarah what is music in intro? thank you
You are very beautiful Sarah. I am in love with your beauty. Your accent is cute
