This is the most versatile hairstyle ever. You can slick it back with gel like an Italian mobster, side part it with long fringe, side part with gel like a business man cut, brush it back messy with hairspray, or part it down the middle with long fringes.

I took your tips and even instructed my barber about how I wanted my hair to be like this but for some reason he didnt want to listen to anything I say and literally gave me an undercut he even cut my back hair short and messed up everything.. I don't really understand why some barbers just dont listen to what you want and give a haircut the way they want it.. Please find yourself a barber who knows and understands what you want.

You should try some anti glair cream for your scalp. It will make your SMP look more natural.
This is the hardest haircut to explain to any barber or salon. I literally explain it so simply but they dont get it.
Every time i say i want the top middle to be the longest like a grown out mohawk or faux hawk where the middle bangs are the longest. And everything from that progressively get shorter like a grown out fade its that simple. But a fade will not get you the length on top.
Every time i just have to go shorter and shorter til its a fade.
When a fade grows out you dont get the round volume on the back of your head with the trimmed neck.
It just grows out like a bowl cut with longer bangs. Its not the same.
Your short hairs on the side of youd head will actually have more volume and the hair on top will be longer and heavy and fall flat. Making your head look super wide.
Big respect for this guy knowing how to do hairs even tho he doesn't have one... Huge respect

Excellent explanation exactly the haircut i want and i have plenty of hair forvit but as an Englishman living in France with very limited French language and French stylists not speaking much English getting the concept across is problematic.

Going into this Covid problem I started using simple razors to cut around my ears and then I even did out letting the rest of the hair grow out long. Especially like it when the shaved area grows out a few days but I don’t know if this is any kind of haircut.
I am that point undercut is probably 12 inches long I am tired of it but I want the longer hair but I the having hair on the sides and back. I want a undercut with out the undercut so I am stuck.

i literally asked for a side trim and i got half of my hair cut off for no reason.
This is my haircut. You can tell your barber that your desired hairstyle is very long top and bangs and you want to slick the side under your ears and make the back shorter. That way, even if your side is long, the style would make it look short because its slicked under your ear

@@Dan-ec8sy it depends. If your side becomes poofy, get a haircut but tell your barber to leave the top as you want to grow it longer than the sides. If your top is like 3-5 inches, you may want to grow your sides as well
